फर्जी कंपनी है लोगों के साथ फ्रॉड करती आई है यह पैसे लेने के बाद फोन नहीं उठाती है और ना किसी को कोई सर्विस देती है कोई होटल बुकिंग नहीं करती बस पैसे ले लेती है उसके बाद फोन उठाना बंद कर देती है मैं इसमें फट चुका था अब यह मेरे कोई फोन नहीं उठाती है

फ्रॉड कंपनी है भाई फ्रॉड बहुत ज्यादा फ्रॉड करती है यह फ्रॉड कंपनी है कभी मत फसना इसमें पैसे लेने के बाद फोन नहीं उठाती है किसी को कोई होटल बुक करके नहीं देती है बस पैसे लिए और चुपचाप फोन उठाना बंद कोई सा भी फोन नहीं उठाती कोई सा भी नंबर नहीं उठाती वह 1800 वाला नंबर जिसको क्या कहते हैं कॉल सेंटर का नंबर वह भी नहीं उठाती है

They are not fit for a single star. Worst experience ever. This company is fake and the employees here are scammers.They are looting people's money by giving false promises. They are a big fraud. If you believe their words and pay the money, the next moment they will block your number and no answer for your mails and no response from customer care too. We had a worst experience and lost trust completely on such companies and sales team. Especially Shruti is a biggest fraud and her manager Vishal is biggest liar. Shruti blocks the number as soon as you make the payment and Vishal gives false promises and later don't answer to your calls and messages. Overall it's a fraud company. Move the numbers to spam if you receive calls from them so that your money is saved. Don't ever trust them

All good reviews you are seeing are posted by the Karlton fraud employees. Don't trust them. Its a fraud company. We were fooled by Shruthi and Vishal. They are big scammers. They don't pick the call once you pay money and take membership. Be aware of such frauds. Never ever trust them and lose money.We did a mistake because we couldn't find any review on google and they haven't enabled that option because they know it will be filled with negative reviews and they may have to shut their company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Karlton Holidays.

I purchased a one-year holiday membership and submitted a booking request for a 3-night stay in Munnar well in advance on 10 August 2026. Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls over the following month, I received no proper response from the company.

I repeatedly contacted their representative and was assured that my booking would be checked and confirmed. However, no confirmation was provided. On 9 September 2026, just one day before my planned check-in date, I was informed that my request had been overlooked and that no accommodation could be arranged.

As a result, my vacation plans were completely disrupted. What was most disappointing was not just the failure to provide the booking, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer support throughout the process.

I subsequently requested cancellation of my membership and a refund, but even those emails have gone unanswered.

Based on my experience, Karlton Holidays failed to deliver the level of service promised to its members. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and commitment to customers in the future

first they will give good booking after that they ll ask you give review to others and they ll make advertisement
That RAVI salesperson is big scammer
he wont answer your calls after your payment
pls dont fall for them
i lost 50k
they removed reviewing option on google
they ll give u past booking vouchers and make feel that its real
pls dont waste your money
