I had taken a membership from Rao Holidays by paying Rs. 57,000/- on 03/05/2023. In my experience, certain services and commitments initially represented were not provided thereafter. Hence I requested for refund.My refund request was also denied.

I therefore approached the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Satara. The Hon’ble Commission passed an order dated 17/03/2026 in my favor directing refund along with litigation expenses and interest.

Consumers are advised to carefully verify all promises, written terms, refund conditions and service commitments before taking membership, so that you don't have to go through what I had been through.

Fake scam.

They are fraud, i am a customer of rao holiday, once you purchase membership they never reply properly to you, they told that they serve pan india, but they clearly denied those city you want reservation, never offer 5 star property as they promised you.
If you purchase it, its 200% waste of your hard earn money.
