Hello,
If you are referring to the fact that the account is indeed Iron *but* still in placements, then that is expected behavior. This is apparent in the "Pick specific account" interface, which explicitly tells you the number of games played.
This is the standard way to produce Iron accounts, which also makes them the most affordable.
As for the behavior warning, please contact us, and we'll gladly compensate you for that.

There is no Argentina server in League of Legends. The region displayed in the account settings is irrelevant to its server. Your account is on the EUW server if that's what your order says.
