ive been using this site for 2 years, with over 17 accounts bought and not had any issues and my most recent purchase i got the account played on it 10 games and then i suddenly got logged out, i never changed the info and when i asked for help, they claimed i changed the password and email, when i dident. but yeah anyway dont use this site, thought they would be better help knowing ive used their site for a very long time and to accuse me of changing the details of that account.

Hi Charles, we reviewed this order thoroughly. The account was accessed and played on for 10 games without issue. After that point, the login credentials were changed from the original details, which is why access was lost. This pattern is commonly associated with attempts to bypass in-game bans caused by user behavior (such as toxicity), which is not covered by our warranty.
In addition, this purchase was linked to coordinated disruptive activity on our Discord server involving another user with a documented history of abusing our service through similar claims. That individual has previously been asked to stop using our website but continues to create new accounts and place orders.
We have successfully delivered many accounts to you in the past, but replacements are not provided in cases involving policy violations, account manipulation, or abuse of our support channels.
