Had exactly what I was looking for and more.

I placed an order on 12/08/25. One of the shirts I ordered was delivered in a few days while the other was not given a delivery status. There was no mention of it being out of stock. Communication is horrible and they finally gave me an update after I mentioned refund. I waited it out and it was finally delivered 12/24/25 an hour before my brother was leaving to go out of town. I will never order from them again.

Went in before Christmas and everything was at ridiculous prices. On top of that the quality was questionable. I was cutting loose threads off so I wasn't embarrassed when they opened it. Looked online and found the same items for half price. Don't think Ill return

Came in to purchase a Lions jersey.I had asked where it was located and was walked by an employee right to it in the size I needed. Great service. Made the perfect Christmas gift ! Quick and easy. Evelyn was my cashier on 12-24-25 / 9:55 AM super friendly, polite, and full of energy with a smile! Great experience for my first time there.

I had to return 2 items today the day after Christmas and Marianna waiting on me and she was amazing. She found another store where items are now gonna be shipped directly to me . She was so knowledgeable and super friendly made the exchange process easy simple and Marianna was the reason why at the Willow Grove Rally House

WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER AND THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE PERSON AT THE COMPANY THAT WOULD HELP US. IT WAS A LARGE ORDER AND I AM REMOVING THE PURCHASE FROM OUR CHARGE CARD. I WILL NEVER USE RALLY HOUSE AGAIN.

They have more than what I was looking for. The store was well stocked. Every employee was very friendly and courteous. 10/10. Highly recommend.

This was my first time shopping here, and on Christmas Eve! I was greeted by many "Elves" (associates) eager to help me. Haley D. was delightful, patient, and knowledgeable. I didn't see the exact item that I wanted, however purchased 2 other gifts. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience from my arrival to checkout!

Plenty of knowledgeable sales associates available! All with positive, customer centric dispositions! It was also a well stocked, colorfully merchandised store. A very pleasant experience!!

I purchased socks for my dad for Christmas and without even notifying me they cancelled my order! So my christmas gift for my dad got completely ruined by their incompetence. I do not recommend buying from this sorry company. I know i won’t be giving them another chance. THEY SUCK!!!!!
