Pitiful what it takes to talk with a person.
It takes forever to get through the pathetic automated phone system, and when I finally spoke to the agent, the only thing he could do was refer me to the website to meet my needs.

Great customer service and product line
Great customer service. Responsive. Quick to resolve any questions I may have. Excellent offers from a wide range of banks. Account is easily accessible and site is very user friendly. Communication is very good. From account detail and updates to necessary tax documents. Have used them for 3 years now and will continue to do business with them.

Customer service is the best they are so helpful and make you feel great knowing your funds are safe with Raisin. I just invested 50k but i plan on investing more in a few days. They have some of the best rates and knowing your funds are safe is great.
