Reliable and Productive
Raisin has been great to work with. The products and promotions are legitimate. When I called with a concern, their customer support kindly and promptly explained to me what I was worried about. Everything has been great with Raisin! If you have money that you can throw in a CD, do it!

Cannot transfer funds from another bank - only the one registered and takes 60 days to change to another bank
I need to transfer funds from another institution but cannot because i can only use the bank i registered. All banks nowadays can transfer funds immediately, not having to wait for 60 days to change bank than transfer funds in.

I have had many investment venues that…leave me scratcching my head. Not now--Rainin platform is the best and the easies to understand.
I have had many investment venues that I tried very hard to understand and never really did. With raisin they make it easy to understand every aspect of my investments. There is no fear now for the future. It's simple and fully insured. Yeah-I know-maybe I could make more some wheres else. I don't mind making a few bucks less-if I really am. With the raisin platform I know at any moment how much I am making and I can move it around at any time. No penalties-no phone calls-NO FEES.

Rep was very helpful
I called because I hadn't logged into Raisin in several month and was not able to change my password or my phone number in order to log in. The rep who answered my call was able to walk me thru the complicated process - and I'm computer challenged! - and allow me to get back into my account. It was a long phone call, but it was successful. It was a week day last week, but I don't remember the exact date.

I like that any chat dialog is automatically sent to you. I forgot to sign up with the bonus code but Parker confirmed I would still get it and Chelsey confirmed it in subsequent chats. Easy to use and great customer service so far.

Exceptional website, choices for investment and service.
I am not the person who usually handles the finances and I had a CD maturing and knew I wanted pull a little out and deposit the rest into a new CD. I liked the way the Raisin website helps to display the various options of variable types and terms and interest rates. I had never moved a CD and it was too important for me to just "wing it" so I called and talked to a Raisin rep (Chelsea I think) about how to get the money where it should be from the expiring CD. I knew what I wanted to do and confirmed definitions of things like penalty vs non penalty etc. but just wanted help to move the money into a cash account and then to a local savings account and the rest into the CD. The rep was excellent, friendly and helpful in talking me through the process. I now feel much more comfortable working with my money and the website. Turns out it's really easy but it's nice to know there's help available with just a phone call.
I highly recommend Raisin.
