I put through an application but hadn't heard from them in about a week. I sent an enquiry via email and within a few hours after my email stating I hadn't heard from them, they explained why and re evaluated my claim and processed it. If you're unsure on whether they are assessing your claim or not, just send them an enquiry via email. And be sure to check on your junk/spam folder 😊

Excellent service. The doctor got back to me the same day and fielded a couple of questions and the script was emailed the very next day with great advice on how to work down to zero, so yes–great service. Thanks.

It's now day 6 since I contacted Quit Clinics and paid my $85
I have not heard anything from them to date. I have sent 2 emails to customer support stating this.
No reply to both
