The service was great and the man who came to see me was very informative and helpful. I was given a trial on a scooter that I was interested in and was then measured so everything was right for me. One week later as promised my new quingo arrived and once again a very helpful man went through all the details and I had another test ride before he eventually left me with my new quingo. I have had several different types of scooters but none I felt so safe on and reassured with everything explained in detail. I was also supplied with a full pack giving me all the details of warrenty and instructions to do with my new Quingo. I am a very happy lady.

Better to consider 10 with new batteries and declining to about 2 after a couple i years

The whole package, arranging, demo, order, delivery and introduction were excellent. Top marks to Qingo.

Totally ripped of bought the quango light 4 days later was rushed to hospital a d kept in for 2 weeks.
When home decided the docking station took up to much of car.
Phoned quingo to change my order only to be told to late
As 14 days had passed even when I explained I was rushed to hospital still made now difference.
I wanted to return flyte and buy a bigger and more expensive one.
Came to see me and said would call next week.
Nothing happened so I called again
When they eventually got back to me offered me £2200
For the flyte witch had not moved since delivery. And witch I had paid £6300 for
I bought the lager model and in the end paid nearly 12,000 for the scooter.
Great product but make sure you buy tight one first time or get ripped of big time.

amazing and unique 5 wheel scooter. Smart and so well thought out. Posture and control makes for great sense of security. Easy to get into boot in separate parts making it lighter. Absolutely delighted.

My mother was sold the heaviest scooter it took me and my brother to move.. shes 80 and has parkinsons... she falls all the time reason for her wanting a scooter... it cost over £3000 and has never been used as she can't move it.. when it was delivered it was left in her front garden to get stolen... or leaving a frail old lady to move ... salesman should be ashamed of himself..

Not only do Quingo sell scooters, they make absolutely sure that you are comfortable and capable of using it. Very impressed that I was able to try it away from my home and in an area where I get a lot of pleasure .. parks and heaths and fields .. rode over grassland. Cannot fault my ‘instructor’ for his advice and obvious duty of care, there was no rushing involved in fact was probably out for a couple of hours. I thought at one time that I was going to roll off into the bushes .. but I didn’t and you cant, very well balanced especially with having 3 front wheels. Quingo Ultra ticked all the boxes for me.

Only one minor blemish. I had to contact you for a Certificate of Newness and the driver who delivered the vehicle seemed in rather a hurry, though I gathered that his vehicle had broken down in the morning.

Both salesman and delivery engineer were very helpful in answering our questions .we are very pleased with our Quingo

First purchase of mobility aid. This company are honest, helpful and no pressure to sell....but then they have no need to be otherwise with such an excellent product. Not the cheapest, but just the best !
