We bought our Quingo ultra a couple of months ago so it is still under warranty we have only used it about 5 times.
We were very impressed with the salesman Phil who explained how the scooter worked and showed us how to dis mantle it. The delivery driver went through some points again with us and was also polite and helpful. This week I took the scooter into town and had to be rescued with scooter as it wouldn't drive after leaving it outside a shop. It was beeping 5 beeps and flashing. I tried restarting it releasing and putting the brake back on all to no avail. Ryan came out today to fix the problem. He couldn't find a fault. He was very patient with us and we eventually deduced that it was the scooters mechanism which doesn't allow you to start it in free wheel, putting brake on while ignition is on doesn't fix the problem. If we were ever told this we had both forgotten there is so much to take in and us both being over 80 have problems remembering new info. Ryan totally understood what we were saying and spoke to the office who agreed not to charge us for the call out this time as the problem was genuine.

From the ofset the adviser demonstrated the product and allowed me to test drive the product

The machine arrive on the day promised and again checked I was able to plug it in and reverse into the storage unit

Unfortunately the machine breakdown but it was replaced within 4 working days

This replacement machine has behaved well on the rough footpath's around here

The company explained everything to me before I got my quingo, they told me when Steve would be coming to see me, he explained everything to me before I had a go on my quingo, which I found very easy to drive and felt safe as it is very sturdy not like others I have seen that don't look safe , am really pleased I got my quingo when I did as my disability is getting worse, the quingo has given me more freedom to get out and about

The salesman that called wasn't pushy he just let the product do the talking.
When it was delivered it was done so by one of their engineers there was no rush to this process.
I know that they are nut the cheapest but as is so true in this life I think that you get what you pay for.

Each person I either spok to or saw face to face, were very friendly and knew all about the product. When I took the test drive the employee was with me the whole way making me feel safe and prompting me when needed. All in all it has been a stress free experience. Thank you.

All I can say is just a beautiful machine I would recommend it to anyone?

The man that delivered my motor scooter was friendly and informative. He wanted me to do a test ride in it which was fun.

On the trial run he was very aatentive anf supportive. I had. Never even sat in scooter before so i was very nervous. Your guy made it all simple and helpfull.

Everything about Quingo is excellent, from the first phone call, the free test drive at my home, the guy who came to see me covered everything and even managed to get me a small discount, I felt no pressure to invest in my Quinny he was a lovely man. The delivery was straight forward and he even put my Quinny together and made sure everything was OK for me. I recommend this company 💯. If you are thinking about a scooter then I recommend you go for it 😀
Thank you Quingo for absolutely turning my life around.

Visited by a representative who explained all about Quingo and the chair. Got a chair for me to try out and I was able to test it in the sideway, up and down the drive (a very steep drive so quite a test) and see all the features.
Delivery was two days later which was excellent. So there is now no holding me! Just wish the Council had smoother pavements.

This is a great company that looks after its customers from arranging a scooter viewing through to delivery. They make sure you are happy and confident using your new scooter and couldn’t have done more. Their customer service is also first class.
