We believe we've perfected the delivery quality experience by using recycled, shredded cardboard as effective padding, 'This Way Up' signs and internal cardboard frames for live produce, and making sure to use caring couriers.

Fantastic product and service
Received our hungry bin last week and then the worms a few days later to give us a chance to prepare the bin. I love the product - it is super solid and went together easily. Fantastic that it comes without any superfluous plastic packaging, just recyclable cardboard. Everything happened as promise. Thanks

Good Quality products, needs better communication though
We were very impressed with the quality of the goods ordered, price was excellent, the only issue we have is with the communication. We were given no warning of the delivery, just an email on the day, saying the package will be delivered in the next few hours, i did message QuickCrop, but didn't get a reply to that. We were out at work when it was delivered, thankfully the driver left it in the garden tucked away, but others may not be as lucky. Delivery notifications should be in advance so people can plan to be in to receive the goods. Other than that, very happy and would still use again, if deliveries were forewarned.

We appreciate your feedback and are improving the way we communicate with better automated message as well as sending updates when delays do arise and will be putting a policy in place moving forward.
We are unfortunately at the behest of third party couriers and their drivers, and although they're great 95% of the time, they can on the rare occasion be a force unto themselves and unfortunately we have limited control over this. I am glad you are happy with our service otherwise and we do take pride in the quality of products we have to offer.

Appalling service
Appalling service - no delivery updates, with parcels arriving at different times - the last finally arrived, and both the posts and the liner were wrong. I’ve now been waiting 1 month for the raised bed to arrive and have received no response for 1 week since asking for the correct items to be sent. Wood arrived damp with some boards mouldy. I would steer well clear of these guys if I was you.

I am very sorry about the delay in communication you've experienced.
I have added your outstanding order to our list of priority orders, so you should received tracking soon.
The boards themselves are damp and slightly green from the tanalisation process and do 'sweat' when wrapped up but will dry out. Any green parts can be sanded away or turned towards the soil as you wish - it's organic approved so won't affect you seedlings.

The worms arrived a few days before the Hungry Bin but no worries now!
The worms arrived a few days before the bin so I asked what to do and got an immediate reply from Niall telling me they would be fine for some time, so I put the bag in the shade until the bin came. Tuffnels had to try twice to deliver but it came the next day. Easy to assemble, clear instructions and plenty of YouTube videos to look at if you need to..some hilarious! As suggested I loaded the bin 3/4 full (80L) of peat free (New Horizons) compost well loosened up, tipped the worms gently onto the surface (some huge ones!), spread them out and then added a thin layer of chopped veg/fruit kitchen waste. The first couple of days some of the larger worms climbed up the sides but it rained hard one of the days and today, day 4, they've all gone down.I placed a piece of the cardboard box the bin came in gently on top of the chopped veg. Peeking under today they were obviously in among the veg some just lying on it others jerking back out of the light so it looks good! Opened the lid to show our 7yr old granddson who was well impressed with the worms but asked if we could take some when we go fishing! I explained that marine fish would not like them... Great quality bin and looking forward to the end product!
