Quality goods
Good quality raised beds and easily put together. Would use Quickcrop again.
My only comment is with regard to delivery. I was given only 3 hours notice and had to rearrange an appointment already in my diary. 24 hours notice would have been better as not everyone is at home all day every day.

We are unfortunately at the behest of third party couriers and their drivers, and although they're great 95% of the time, they can on the rare occasion be a force unto themselves and unfortunately we have limited control over this. I am glad you are happy with our beds however - we do take pride in the quality of products we have to offer.

I did not receive the item I ordered after being promised shipping/delivery dates multiple times.
Edit:
Quickcrop is trying their very best to remove a negative review via emails and replies. Perhaps quickcrop should show some integrity and focus their efforts on customer service rather than discrediting genuine negative experiences.

Excellent goods and excellent service
I have bought a veg trug ‘greenhouse’ - type cover and a raised bed from Quickcrops. I am delighted with the quality of both products. The customer service has also been excellent. There was a slight delivery problem with the raised bed but Quickcrop sorted it out efficiently and without prompting. Customer service is extremely important to me. Mistakes happen but how
a company deals with it is key to repeat business.
I would definitely buy from them again and, working from my own experience, I would highly recommend them.
NB: Their website also has some really good gardening tips, know and blog which i have found really useful too.

The product was great shame about the courier
The product was great, easy to put together and reasonably priced. Unfortunately rather let down by the delivery. If the courier hadn't just dumped the packages (one quite badly damaged) on my drive and vanished without even attempting to knock on the door, the review would have been five stars. I'd seriously suggest looking for alternative couriers

Veg beds and soil
Veg beds easy to put together. Best to drill hole first then screw them together. Think in the instructions it makes no mention of drilling first. They sim you get beds to you first so you have time to put them together before soil appears but my delivery happened the other way around. Not a big problem as it was all here in just over a week which is much better than last year when it took 7 weeks or more! I wanted some of their small bags of the envirogrind compost stuff but sadly they’re not shipping those to England anymore. My veg production last year was amazing so I just have to hope that the soil on its own does a similar job this year.

We do try to get the soil to you after the beds arrive, but on occasion the beds can be slightly delayed as they come from two separate places and so the soil can sometimes arrive early.
Thank you for noting the improvements in our service - we have improved systems and warehouse capacity to better support our customers. 😊
We also do pride ouselves in the quality of the products and produce that we sell.
