Ive just managed to get my first mortgage at 21 years old and without Ben and the team from Q financial services it would not have been possible.
The Speedy process from start to finish was operated so smoothly by the team.
I would defiantly recommend to anyone and I hope to use them myself in the near future.

Auction Purchase
In 2019, I approached Josh at Q Financial after my usual broker was not able to secure a mortgage for an auction purchase. I received a brilliant service even after the valuation report came with difficult hurdles for the bridging loan, I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have since then recommended them to friends and associates as the team at Q financial are approachable and knowledgeable.

What an amazing company. Keeping their customers/clients at the heart of what they do – Q commercial are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and above all driven to provide the best advice and service for their clients.

I dealt with Josh Timbrell at Q Financial Services, on a mortgage matter, where I was the Solicitor acting. Josh was lovely to deal with , but at the same time very professional indeed. I only had to ask him if he could assist me with an outstanding item and he would deal with it straightaway. He has a friendly and approachable manner and he does everything he can to get the matter finalised. He provided a first class service.

Steve & the team at Q Commercial Finance were instrumental in the purchase of our holiday let business. Having worked in financial services for many years my husband and I thought we already had a good view of the market and might be able to do it ourselves. How glad we are that we did contact Steve as not only did he find us an even better deal that we wouldn't have spotted but their service didn't just end when the deal was found. They made the whole process easier for us, right through to day of completion. I can't recommend them highly enough and when it is time to refinance we know who we'll be turning to.

Me and my partner were first time buyers and quite nervous about the whole mortgage process with it being so unfamiliar to us, but Simon helped us every step of the way and was extremely helpful. I'm not one for writing reviews but, be rude not to because Simon and kirsty have been a amazing to me and my wife and with being self employed and with the pandemic I really didn't think I would reveive a Morgage offer but Simon and kirsty have been really helpful and telling me to trust to them and I Did and few weeks later I revived my offer from the lenders I couldn't thank them enough I highly recommended these two amazing people and such friendly and hard working people even know I rang them everyday because I'm inpatient they still answered and still answered all my, question and helped me along the way!!! Thank you to them both and I couldn't be happier
