Q Financial services are quite an unusual company by today’s standards as they appear to genuinely care.
They also appear to want the best for their customers in all they do.
From my experience whilst sorting a mortgage whoever I spoke to they were always polite, either able to help straight away or within an acceptable period of time and offered great professionalism.
I will definitely be using Q in the future.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service, I dealt with Mitch and Andrea. Andrea being my main point of contact throughout a very painful house sale/purchase, she could not have done more to help us keep things moving.
We started our purchase in February which was shortly followed by the lockdown for the COVID pandemic finally completing in October. Q Financial and more specifically Andrea were amazing throughout and very helpful.
While other companies especially the financial entities were muddled, slow and embarrassing... Andrea and Q Financial were going above and beyond for us by leading the others out of the confusion during phone calls they made on our behalf.
I will be using their services again, they were incredible.

I dealt with Simon and Kirsty during the purchase of my first house. They were both really helpful throughout the purchase and answered any questions I had. Simon went the extra mile throughout the dealing and even helpful when he was on annual leave!! Simon is an asset to Q Financial. It was a bit of a shame that he did not message me on the day to congratulate us on our purchase and to check everything was in order... Apart from that, I could not fault them.

I was recommended to Ben at Q financial by an estate agent. From the first phone call Ben was upfront, honest and helpful. However, What should have been a straight forward house purchase turned out to be quite complicated (through no fault of Q financial) but Ben preserved with us and managed to source us the right mortgage and sort out issues preventing exchange of contracts with Solicitors. The Service we received from Ben & Kirsty was second none, they both went above and beyond for us to complete our sale. We would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I have used Q Financial Services being supported by Simon and his team. I have recommended Simon to family members who I know have been equally impressed and felt fully informed throughout the whole process. Simon facilitated our mortgage ( on quite a niche new build), associated insurance covers and more recently a competitive remortgage which involved very little effort on my part whilst still feeling very much in control of the process. I will continue to use their services in future and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Josh and Marie arranged finance for my purchase of an additional property, all the way through the process I was kept informed and Josh managed to overcome many obstacles along the way to secure the finance.
