I’ve never had better service, anywhere, at any price - and I pay only $25 a month!

Switching over was a bit bumpy but I put that on the first technician I spoke with (the next customer service rep was more helpful/knowledgeable). The service has been as good or better than what I had with a previous provider. Biggest downside is there’s no easy way to check your data balance (app or 611 text, etc) if you don’t have unlimited data.

I haven't had PureTalk for that long but so far it was a great move to switch over. I am saving money compared to my last provider and I am enjoying the unlimited local and long distance. I receive way more gigabits than I need. 100% satisfied.

Customer support is very helpful! We're not into technology so clear instructions are appreciated. Having to enter information to access voice mail is frustrating & time-consuming ; not used to that procedure. Often hear talk show radio ads for Pure Talk at special prices and/or monthly fee for life; do existing customers receive these deals or would we have to re-enroll in the service? Just asking...

Best...no account set up charges, good coverage, calls do not usually drop. Easy to activate and port numbers over. No fuss, simple, good coverage.

Service is not good. Poor quality calls and batching of emails and texts that obviously get restricted from being received live

Despite the supposed AT&T network I have 1 bar at home, in the near north suburbs of Chicago - territory where every carrier is 4-5 bars.

And the "Carrier Voicemail" (which was never mentioned to me) is REALLY ANNOYING. It's just like a 1985-era company voicemail system, which is ridiculously cumbersome to use. Absolutely no reason for it.

I am still waiting on a reply back on the double payment that was taken out in November 2025. I have not had anyone respond back to me

It was pretty easy to transfer to Pure-talk and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. The phone service is fine. I do wish there was a Pure-talk app so it would be easier to see how much data was remaining and when the end of the month is.

Transferring over from Cricket to pure talk was an absolute nightmare. At this point I would never recommend you guys to anyone.It took approximately twelve calls, and no one I spoke with seemed to know what they were doing. Very disappointed!!! Cost me and extra $150.00 because of your mistakes. Try listening to all my calls!!! I dare you!

I spoke to a few people at Pure Talk. One was supposed t o call me back and never has, over a week ago. She also did not reply a time before the last time. A pattern of non-responsive for her. Still waiting and rather disappointed with customer support.

I love the TCL flip phone. But, sometimes the settings change as I do not do wifi or bluetooth. Maybe the Chinese nationals at our apartments are hacking it? You never know! Be that as it may, there are no emojis and the 'k9' thingy does not keep a memory of my usual words, so it takes forever to text. I had the TCL flip with boost (which was virgin mobile) and it seems to have been better, other than the fact that they no longer carry the TCL flip and no longer took my payments online. Boost used T-Mobile and apparently you use ATT (which my ATT tech neighbor said 'Good Luck' to that!) Also, I never had to have a SIM card with all my other TCL phones so what's up with that? All in all I like the TCL. Just wondering what happens when I need a new battery down the road. Can I get a back-up battery somehow? After all we are in hurricane territory.

We are so grateful that we haven't lost any service that we had with Verizon yet pay half the price. Amazing.

Easy to switch and see the savings immediately!

My fear of poor service and quality not being with a big carrier was proven wrong. My service has been completely uninterrupted and I have yet to find an area of complaint since switching over to Pure Talk.

The support team made switching from my old carrier simple. I get great coverage at a much lower price. What's not to like!
