So guys, I fell for the marketing on tiktok and bought and then came here to find an absolute barrage of negative reviews.
I ordered 2 5 year anniversary bars which I requested all 10 small bars to be different flavours.
I was worried as these were for my mother who’s intolerant to sugar and she’d be unhappy after reading the reviews.
Now as a person who loves sugar like most people I was expecting these to be horrible like others! However, wow! Genuinely guys I am not exaggerating. The fact that they’re low in everything blew me away! Yes they leave a weird taste, yes they aren’t chocolate like on the shelf. But compared to the other horrific things I’ve tasted these are by FAR the best. So close to tasting like normal. I’ve had so many of my mothers sugar free things but these oh my are amazing! Every flavour up until now are lovely. The mint, orange, salted caramel and hazelnut! Amazing,
Just go with your own experience guys and try them out.
I’d 100% be buying again.! Honestly love them.

I truly wanted this product to be all the dragons said it was but it couldn’t have been farther from what they said.

The product was powdery bland and like eating wax. We tried the milk chocolate and binned the rest in the end.

I reached out to customer services who aren’t in my opinion very caring.

Yes you can return a product that just to my wife and I is inedible.

However you have to pay for postage to get a refund. The postage and driving to the post office would be nearly as much as the product itself if not more given our rural location.

I would never consider purchasing ever again especially given all the other lactose free chocolate available from other brands that are amazing.

I can’t understand all the 4 and 5 star reviews especially if you check out the reviews on Heavenly chocolates Facebook page which I wish I had before purchasing and having serious buyers remorse.

I would have given zero stars if it was an option based on my experience of the product being so bad.

Unfortunately this was the 2nd time I have been gifted this awful “chocolate”.
It’s packed full of sweeteners, and has no taste resemblance to any chocolate I’ve ever had. As a lot of people have commented it leaves an awful after taste in your mouth, it doesn’t really melt it your mouth, it kind of sticks ! The flavourings are weak at best !
It is certainly not heavenly !
Interestingly I noticed how they manage to manipulate most of their Bad feedback on social media and bad reviews are constantly removed, something to hid ! 🤔
I even found that, as someone who had left them bad feedback, there marketing department had searched my social media….really, you sad people !
There are much better alternatives out there. Don’t be fooled by the hype.
A real shame, the packaging is first class, the product is not !

I really wanted to like Heavenly Chocolate after seeing amazing reviews online and obviouslythe dragons response on dragons den being so positive, but unfortunately it's just not for me.

The salted caramel I didn't enjoy, Silk was better the Orange was the best out of all three. However, all three left a chalky after taste.

Maybe, my expectations were too high following all the great reviews and it wasn't to my taste buds

I have to commend Pure Heavenly customer service. My order from the beginning of December had not been delivered by the courier by Christmas. I emailed and received an immediate reply with an offer of replacement, refund or voucher. I opted to have my order replaced and it was received two days later. The chocolate is lovely. I would highly recommend this company and their products and I will order again.

My partner has tried to reach out to PureHeavenly a couple of times with a query about the chocolates - they did initially respond well, but then stopped entirely. I even tried to phone but nobody picked up - I left a message and the call was never returned. We tried to email again and never had a reply. We decided to go ahead with the order but it was never received (it also took almost a week to get a shipping notification). Eventually we had to email PureHeavenly to ask for tracking updates and to explain our order hadn’t arrived - we never received a reply. In our experience the customer service has been nothing but poor - and that’s for two people reaching out to the brand separately.

Absolutely awful with terrible after taste to me which lingers for ages unfortunately. I've tried three of a large box of these for Christmas so far and not encouraged to carry on. A shame as I imagine they were expensive and promising with interesting flavours. A problem with combining allergy requirements - if you remove dairy, sugar, gluten at the same time. I imagine the issue here is the nasty sweeteners.

Disappointed.

Wish i had seen these reviews before i bought ! No way can this be described as chocolate. It is without doubt disgusting. What on earth is dragons den doing putting their name to this stuff. Don't believe the hype. A total expensive waste of money.

Pureheavenly supply Amazon to sell and take no responsibility for any orders placed with Amazon. Wrong orders are sent out example: Ordered DAIRY MILK 16 bar - received a taster which was 60 % dark chocolate and not only that it also contained 4 bars of mint dark so wasn't even a taster as marked on box---------------same issue with previous buyer I noticed after purchase. Pureheavenly want nothing to do with the fact people are paying but not getting what they ordered. 1st experiences are what stick.

I bought a pack of silk chocolate on 19 November 2022bwhich cost me £10, I got the postage free. It had 8 x silk chocolate 30g bars. I thought it was dreadful and didn't even finish the first section. I took them to a family gathering and nobody liked them. Disgusting was the result. I have 7 bars left.

Yuck, yuckety yuck-yuck. Expensive, & rotten -unfortunately there us no way I can with clear conscience pass this off as a ‘gift’!

Really bad customer service, I left a message twice and now emailed, still not received my chocolate 2weeks later

Having ordered some chocolates for my vegan daughter I was rather put off by negative reviews and as she is quite particular about these things I decided to cancel. I can't fault the customer service I received. My request to make a return was answered swiftly; I was asked to return the whole package unopened, which I did. Subsequently I have had email confirmation of its delivery and the refund is in progress. There are plenty of other, bigger companies who don't act on these things as promptly or with such good grace.

Bought this chocolate and it is well presented unfortunately though the taste is not for me

I was given a selection box as a gift, after eating two bars it tastes nothing like chocolate. The texture is gritty and not creamy. Looking at the positive reviews I can only assume they got something completely different from the bars I have.

Spent over £30 on this chocolate, as i have food intolerances, and is supposed to be free from, it is full of sweeteners, that leaves a nasty after taste in your mouth and made me feel sick. If you have problems with your stomach DO NOT BUY the sweeteners are not good for you and totally ruin the taste, supermarket freefrom are much cheaper and taste better. Would never buy again, got taken in buy the Dragons Den endorsement, dont be fooled.

Absolutely disgusting. This is not chocolate it's gritty with an alcohol after taste.
Also if you have stomach problems like the makers claim they have.... This WILL give you problems.
I tried a small bar of salted caramel, which was disgusting, and immediately I was doubled over, screaming in pain as I tried to make it to the toilet.
This is not for anyone who loves chocolate!
If you have stomach problems, it is not for you!
I spent over £40 because of the dragon's den liking the chocolate and I have problems with dairy and Palm oil, but the pain I experienced was excruciating and lasted for days.
What they don't tell you is over consumption has a laxative effect, which is not good for people who already have problems with their diet.
This should be banned it's not fit for human consumption.

The customer service is first class they dealt with my query very quickly but the chocolate was not for me.

Very bad worst taste I have experienced
