Where is the option for ZERO stars.
This has got to be the WORST tasting chocolate we have ever had.
Absolutely rank !!
We thought because of the price it was going to be a bit special.
The only thing that was good was the endorsement from Dragons Den.
They must have been tasting something completely different on the day.
Don’t waste your money…

Really, I've given it 2 stars for effort but unless it's your very last resort, it's a lot of money for a not-very-pleasant experience. It tastes chemical (unsurprising due to the sweeteners I suppose), the texture is unpleasant - definitely no creaminess - and it leaves a sort of dust in your mouth, along with an aftertaste that is just not nice. Really don't think I can face finishing the box -and this from a self-confessed chocoholic who thought she'd eat anything. Great ethos, unfortunate outcome.

Disgusting! Not anywhere near the taste of chocolate. Had to buy box and will give away but doubt anyone will want it.

It amazes me how many five star reviews there seem to be on Trustpilot for this "chocolate". I know people don't always taste things in the same way but the experience I and a colleague had whilst sampling these chocolate bars fell well short of an enjoyable experience. The texture was nowhere near as smooth as we had expected, the taste was definitely not intense (or chocolatey) and the very chemically after-taste was unpleasant and long-lasting - no doubt to do with the artificial sweeteners used. I'm convinced the manufacturers must have had their tastebuds removed because surely they wouldn't release such awful tasting products expecting people to enjoy them.
As an omnivore, I have no issue eating products that include dairy or sugar and, for me anyway, the inclusion of at least one of these in a chocolate bar is an absolute must.
I definitley won't be purchasing or tasting these products again.

Very disappointed, bought for my son who has dairy intolerance, hoping it would be better than asda or other free from chocolate that I've bought. Tastes no different. Buy the asda one it's way cheaper. Will not be purchasing again

I also fell for the marketing and the views of the Dragons on Dragons' Den. It is an acceptable alternative if you have strong views about consuming palm oil or if you have a gluten or lactose intolerance, but if you really like chocolate, this isn't for you... or me!

I am very disappointed - it’s expensive but I wouldn’t have minded if the chocolate was good. As I have dairy intolerance I decided to give this a try.

There are no flavours in them. They might as well have branded it all as plain dark chocolates.

I guarantee that I WON’T BE BUYING THIS AGAIN.

I've just received my order. DO NOT ORDER this awful chocolate. It doesn't taste like chocolate and leaves a horrible, sugar substitute type flavour in your mouth and throat. Over-priced and not nice is how I can best describe it.

I'm glad to read and see i'm not alone, a lot of 1 star's, i hope more people see these comments before wasting a lot of money on this rubbish. Like many I'm a huge chocolate lover, but of your typical well known milk chocolate names such as Diary Milk, Galaxy, Lindt etc. Awful tasting, its like when you accidently get some dust in your mouth and you feel it against your teeth. This is no exaggeration by the way.

Had ordered the assorted 8-pack product and was very surprised when the 8 x 30gr chocolate bars fell out of the envelope individually; they were not in a box.

I am not sure about the product itself; had one bar so far and am not very enthusiastic about it.......

I ordered the mixed starter pack and a variety pack and waited excitedly for it to arrive. I am diabetic and the thought of being able to eat a little chocolate without the worry of over loading on sugar sounded great. My package arrived and I managed to hold off eating it for 2 hrs. I am very resiliant and can eat almost anything - my taste buds know no boundries. After watching The Dragons Den episode where everybody was so complimentary about this chocolate my expectations were high. Boy was I in for a downfall - I didn't like it at all - not only was there no taste but it was strangely waxy and a horrible texture. My husband and I had one piece each - I could usually happily consume a whole bar but I didn't want anymore and neither did my husband. I had no idea what to do with the remaining 24 bars, not only is it a waste but it was extremly expensive. I decided to try one piece each of some of the other bars, I had started with the silky bar and thought that the other flavoured bars may be different. I was wrong - apart from the strawberry cheesecake that is a white chocolate and overly sweet - which was just passable as having a better flavour - I didn't like any of the chocolate. I now have some bars left from the first pack and 16 bars from a mixed pack and no idea what to do with it.

I bought as a gift for someone after seeing it on dragons den thinking that it would live up to the hype and it didn't. Its tasteless, grainy and full of sweeteners. I ordered the best seller's pack of 8 bars for 16 pounds which works out at 2 pounds per bar and the bars are so small and as mentioned don't taste good at all. There is far better chocolate out there for half the price of this rubbish. Please don't be fooled by the name, hype or marketing and buy something else.

I have to agree with the other reviews. This product is full of all sorts of rubbish, has just the same amount of calories as regular chocolate (which is bizarre as little sugar) and is full of sweetener. Will try and send back or going in the bin.

Not so Heavenly! Horrid like eating flavoured chalk . Full of sweeteners and unpleasant ingredients leaves a bad aftertaste. What a waste of £22 .

I would give 0 stars if i could. Looked forward to trying the variety of flavours and opened 3 bars from taster box. Unpleasant waxy feel and got horrible after taste so checked ingredients, noted a warning that excessive consumption may cause laxative effect- which is normally included in artificial sweeteners which i am opposed to. I chose this product for its promoted health and ethical values. Checked ingredients further and noted sorbitol, sucralose and polydextrose in ingredients. Totally shocked!!! All extremely bad for you. I feel the website has not been transparent, i have asked for full refund as i cannot eat them nor would i gift them. Extremely disappointed with dragons den recommendation too. It is a shame as they are beautifully wrapped and would make a lovely gift but they are far from the creamy deliciousness promised: the aftertaste is cloying, made me feel sick is long lasting and most unpleasant.

Unfortunately, the flavours are so faint as to be almost non existent and there is no real chocolate flavour - which leaves nothing except the texture. This is quite velvety but it’s not enough to compensate for the complete lack of flavour. There is a very faint hint of flavour in the the first bite of the lime and strawberry bars but then it vanishes.
I will not buy this again. Do not waste your money!

Do not waste your money on a delivery in any of the warm months. Mine arrived as liquid and zero response from customer service team after over a week. I even videoed the product as proof for them.
This was a replacement box as the first box, the chocolate was weird like it'd heated and cooled, it was odd and mottled, looked awful.
Would never ever pay for such an expensive chocolate again. I like the chocolate, do not like that it goes wrong so much and the service is shocking.

I am not a fan. I did not like the texture, it tasted (to me) like chocolate you get in hot countries where its almost a little powdery. I also got an aftertaste which was like sweetener. I am not an expert and 1000's of people clearly love so give it a try for yourself :-)..... I have noticed thay my reviews on there website have not been published? Funny that. Why ask if you are going to lie anyway 🤔

This dreadful stuff is not worth your money even if it cost 10 pence a bar. Free of everything, including flavour, unless you count the horrible aftertaste. The texture is like wax. Avoid!

Firstly I really did get sucked into the adverting on this one. No animals are harmed in the making of this chocolate ✔️ hopefully no humans too ✔️ no habitats destroyed ✔️ and very low in sugars ✔️
But it just doesn’t taste that good- and it cost £15. As much as I love what it’s trying to do, and chocolate companies definitely need to embrace this ethos- I applaud the chocolatier for making chocolate for all these reasons. But I just won’t be buying again because it tastes like how I would imagine my walking shoe to taste after a long muddy walk in the rain.
