Not impressed. Tastes funny. Can't put it into words but all bars gave the same undercurrent taste. You'd be better with high cocoa % dark chocolate; in and around same cals or less and better taste. Ordered two packs thinking they'd be good based on reviews but I'm putting them in the bin.

I am so disappointed with these chocolates and even more annoyed that I ordered 6 bars! They are absolutely RANK. The cocoa is very cheap, and they're packed with artificial chemical sweeteners. If you are switching over from cadburys you will probably like them. But if you know what real good quality chocolate should taste like, then definitely do not buy these. Quite possibly the worst sugar free chocolate on the market... gross

Wow and wow. All I have to say is how pure heavenly isn’t the market leader shocks me. They should at least be on the same level as Cadbury and Galaxy and I’m being 100% honest. Best chocolate I’ve ever had

I have just purchased this chocolate as it’s says suitable for diabetics I ate a couple of pieces and checked my bloods a bit later they had gone rite up so I would say this is not suitable for a diabetic and it should state that on there site as it’s not cheap I have now had to just give this away it is for to expensive to be doing that

Wonderful and tasty chocolate - and there was even some left for my friend. I had an issue in the first instance with a bad delivery courier, but that was dealt with efficiently and put right. Honestly, the chocolate flavours are just great!

Amazing chocolate. I placed an order before reading reviews, while I was waiting on delivery (only took 2 days) I looked at the reviews and was worried after seeing people complaining saying they didn't like it and it's the worst chocolate ever.. blah blah blah! People need to understand that you are not going to find chocolate anywhere that has low or no sugar that will taste like your standard Cadburys chocolate this is because its full of sugar that's what makes it so bad for you. People shouldn't be slandering someone's bussiness. My experience was amazing, Fast delivery constant updates on delivery and the chocolate is amazing, even the mint we got in our gift box (I don't even like mint chocolate). Will definitely be buying more when we run out

Incredible chocolate, i only eat the milk ones (milk alternative i think it is) 3rd order now and will be buying more, the coconut one is unreal but they're all gorgeous. Needed customer service once for small issue but resolved within the hour! Fabulous!

As someone allergic to dairy I have to say I love the chocolate, the best I’ve tried. There’s a but…customer service and delivery is simply awful! Many emails and ignored phone calls they agreed to send chocolate again (presumed lost.) Took them 4 days to email they had re shipped my order. As of yet…no chocolate! Simply not worth all this effort…

Yuk! gritty with a weird after tatste that lingers. A bit like eating the dregs from a cheap hot chocolate drink. Was very expensive, so expected better, especially after reviews on dragons den. Couldn’t even give it away at work.

Please put equal effort in to the flavour and quality of your bars of sweet stuff as you do on your marketing. It is an insult to even the cheapest chocolate to call this stuff chocolate. If you are buying it for health ethical reasons and think it is a chocolate alternative STOP. It really isn't.

Totally overhyped. The chocolate itself is terrible. As others have said, it has a weird chalky texture. Existing brands are easily better than this, and in some cases much cheaper. The new Lindt vegan range is the best one I've tried for taste. The Wicked Kitchen range in Tesco also tastes very good and is much better value.

For a vegan chocolate this product is great. Lots of negative comments have been written previously, obviously from the milk marketing board.

I ordered before reading all the bad reviews so I kept an open mind when it came to trying. I have to say I disagree with the bad reviews. I think for an alternative this is very good. It doesn’t taste strange or off, not to me anyway. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the cocoa content to be increased to make the chocolate flavour stronger. But other than that I have no criticisms. To say this is low sugar, it doesn’t lack on sweetness. I bought a selection of big bars to try and I’m glad I did. So far I’ve opened the Silk and Hazel-not and they are very good. I’ve tried other vegan alternatives before (I’m not vegan I just like to try the lower sugar and non-dairy alternatives) and this is by FAR the best. Granted my experience won’t be the same as someone else’s, but we all have different taste buds. Don’t knock it til you try it comes to mind. I’ll definitely be buying again.

I spent £30 yes I know a bit much to taste something but I watched it on dragons den and I believed Peter Jones who said he’s a chocolate lover?? He can’t be because I’ve 30 bars I tried banana, coconut and strawberry and each of them are powdery it doesn’t stick together in your mouth it’s not chocolate so therefore it shouldn’t be called chocolate. It certainly isn’t heavenly. 6 of us tried it and 1 person thought it was ok, I’m not even going to eat them because it was £30 normally I would because I’m a greedy you know what 🤦‍♂️.
I was really hoping it would be good as it’s healthier but I’ll die happy eating the bad stuff 🤷‍♂️

I was gifted this as a Christmas present and, really looked forward to trying it. The packaging is lovely which gave me the impression I was about to try something quite delicious.

Unfortunately this chocolate is up there with the worst vegan chocolate I've tasted. The flavour is 'fake' and the texture is very grainy. I certainly won't be buying this in future.

What a disappointment. The product development team need to take a good look at this and sort it out.

This isn't chocolate in any way - at best it saw chocolate once, two decades ago on a passing bus.

It's basically Mocklate from Friends, everything about it is off: weirdly sweet, texture sort of crumbles and melts too quickly, tastes like some cocoa powder might have been thrown in the recipe as an afterthought.

I consider Cadbury dairy milk chocolate to be gross and never eat it, yet that is 10x better than this stuff.

Like so many others on here, I really wanted to like this and hoped it lived up to the hype. Unfortunately the taste is not great and definitely not competition for the mainstream brands. Just to be clear, I wasn’t expecting it to be better, I was just hoping for it to be a nice/reasonable alternative for all the benefits that this brand gives. However, I was left very disappointed and would not order again.

The chocolate (Christmas present) was never delivered. I tried to contact the delivery company (Evri) but this proved impossible. I contacted Pure Heavenly Chocolate 4 times but nobody answered the phone, so I left 3 telephone messages and 1 email message. Each time I gave my correct and full details but never got a response from this company. Shockingly bad way to run a company.
Since I wrote this, the company resent the chocolate which did arrive at last.
Having tried the chocolate, I have to say, we didn’t like it. It has totally the wrong mouth feel for chocolate and we shall not be purchasing it again,

I really wanted to like this chocolate but it just does not taste very nice. I accepted there would be a loss of taste with the lack of sugar, etc. but it tastes grainy and one-dimensional and I expected a lot more for the price I was paying. I'd rather have a small amount of good chocolate than this.
