Another dreadful scam company like Fitbitstraps….please avoid and don’t waste your money.
I noticed that whilst waiting for this order, I had a couple of scam delivery messages…a coincidence, I think not.
The company is based in the USA despite the Co.uk address, send cheap rubbish out from China and charge you for the privilege. My case broke within 3 weeks….there was no response from the company when I asked for a refund.

I seriously regret not checking here for reviews first.

SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT USE!

They take your money, send you some cheap case you didn't order. Then don't offer a refund or to send correct item. Its an endless dispute with no resolve.

Additionally, despite calling themselves Punkcase UK (and having a co.uk website), they are not UK based at all. They are based in the US. This is deceiving.

I wish I had read all these reviews before parting with my money!
I too believed PunkCase was a UK based company. Once my order was placed I saw that the items were to be dispatched from the USA. I knew I would be waiting a while for delivery. I ordered a PowerBank battery pack and a waterproof phone pouch. Eventually the parcel arrived. The Customs Declaration on the package stated that both items were enclosed. The PowerBank was not. I contacted customer services and received an automated response offering to send again or refund. I requested a refund and here the challenge begins. After stating I wanted a refund, I was offered to keep the item (which I hadn't received) and get a 25% discount. I contacted them again to inform them of the confusion and received an apology and you guessed it, a 25% discount refund on the item I have not received.
Clearly to appear legitimate they take your money, partially fulfil your order, but fail to send all your items.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Please avoid this company as they are scammers. You won’t get whatever you will order. American based company and there is no once you can contact with. They are fraudsters please avoid please avoid you will loose your hard earned money if you order anything from them. Please avoid

I first found punkcase after Google search . Came up as a British email and address. Purchased case for Galaxy S22 ultra and still waiting for delivery. Have contacted them via email and asked for my money back. They have refused saying it can take 4 to 6 weeks .

Awful company. American but apparently UK based. As seems to be common here, ordered a case, was sent the wrong colour, the screen on case was abysmal quality. Had to push hard to even register when typing never mind swiping. Contacted for refund, basically ignored all requests and respond with generic messages. Avoid these jokers at all costs!

Don't waste your money not a UK company still waiting for a refund after selling me a defective phone case

.Co.uk?? Doesn't this indicate it is a UK address. Well, it's been shipped over 2 weeks ago, I haven't received it yet but what I do know is it was dispatched from Brooklyn (US)
SO WHY USE A UK ADDRESS.
This is clearly to deceive. Once I discovered where it was coming from I checked the reviews and realised I would be waiting weeks and weeks if I get it at all. So I've had to buy another case to protect my new phone anyway, £30 down the drain, paid £20 for my replacement order from Amazon and got it the next day. Haven't even bothered to chase the original Punkcase order as don't wanna waste my time. If it shows up great, I will have a spare, if it doesn't, it will not surprise me in the slightest, I've already written off my £30. My only hope is that I don't get a further bill for the shipping as others have reported.

I bought the portable charging power bank for my Galaxy S21.

Having done what was asked on receipt e.g. charge the case fully before first use, ensure the case was connected properly, I quickly discovered a number of faults with it:

1) It would continually turn itself off whenever I tried to charge my phone.
2) The case wouldn't hold it's charge (reduces to 50% after an hour of no activity).
3) At times the charging case wouldn't turn on at all.
4) Error message on phone saying "We've detected moisture or foreign material in your charging/USB port."

I would have given this 0 stars, however as they sent me a replacement within a couple of days I can't fault their customer service. BUT the replacement had exactly the same issues!!

Having contacted them again they've advised that I return the product (at a cost of £13 - to the USA) so that they can send me another replacement.

I have lost total faith in this product and don't want to risk receiving yet another faulty product.

I rely heavily on this case in order to do my job effectively, however it is deemed useless as it is so will be looking elsewhere.

Bought around 18 months ago. It took about 5 weeks to arrive (hence the 4 stars) from the US but was worth the wait. I’m a gardener and it’s been out in the pouring rain playing music for several hours, dropped several times and sometimes from decent height, covered in mud and been fine when cleaned. It’s scratched now but only due to severe use. If you want a super robust case you can’t go wrong.

Ordered from UK company shipped from USA! complete load of rubbish phone case not fit for purposes avoid them, I've learn't to check reviews before ordering at my cost

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star , shocking ! Ordered a phone case they charged me for 4 , never received the phone cases from 8th May 22 , emails going back and too but refusing to understand that I can't send them back as never received them in the first place , it states shipping fee £1.99 but got a bill from parcel force for £118+.
Do not buy from this company as website is wrong informed

Bought a phone charger case from this company with a UK email address. Item was sent from USA, but didn't take too long to arrive. However, I paid £41.98 for this item, believing it was somehow better than my previous one. When it arrived, it was completely identical to the poor quality one I had bought from a different supplier for £29.99. They just had a different branding on it. I hope I won't need to return this one as well. They sent me an email asking for a review and when I tried to leave a 3 star review, the system repeatedly failed to let me leave a review. Great way to filter out reviews less than 4 stars.

They kept sending me promotional emails and despite me unsubscribing months ago, I am still getting them. Very poor company. Updated 20th Sept.

AWFUL company to deal with! Ordered a phone case, they sent me the wrong case, I sent it back for an exchange and they then REFUSED to refund the return postage!

I've had an ongoing battle because of THEIR mistake, I've lost money and paid for THEIR MISTAKE because they can't get a simple order right. They just send you any case they want, don't even bother sending the exact case you purchased!

Cost me almost £10 to return the case they sent wrongly, the order in total was only £14.97!!!!!!

Also, their website ends in ".co.uk" but they ARE NOT a UK company, they're based in the US!

I WILL NEVER buy from this company again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!

Seems a scam , waited a couple of weeks for a metal robust case that I paid for. Got delivered a plastic poor one. Emailed them and they offered me 20% off or I could mail it back to them. Heard nothing since, definitely do not use them !!!!!!!

I ordered on the UK website 11 days ago, "first class delivery" they said on the website.
The item has been shipped for the USA, they now tell me it can 2 to 6 WEEKS for delivery, DHL who has shipped it do not update regularly on the tracking number. So the customer cannot actually track anything, and Punkcase.co.uk seem to see that as acceptable.
Trustpilot allows me add a photo, so I haven't since the item still hasn't been delivered
Oh yes, if you wish to return, we have to send back to the USA at our cost. Guaranteed no returns then.
Just APPALLING.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF OUTSIDE OF THE USA.

Similar to others , wrong item sent multiple automated responses to my emails eventually offered 10% discount to keep wrong item or return at my cost which I did but had to send proof 3 times to eventually get a refund of the item . 2 months of determination on principle and annoyance for a £14 refund keep well clear !
I can recommend Burga cases though stylish strong cases and excellent service !

Ordered a S22 Ultra case for my phone. Delivery took over 5 weeks but was worth the wait.
The case I've got is military grade and it lives up to its grading. I've had it in very dusty area and it's protected my phone 100%.
Even took it under water in the sea and it did its job.
I needed additional fingerprint sticky labels. I contacted PunkCase who sent some out free of charge.
I'm very impressed with the case and their services, even though I've had to wait.
Highly recommended them
