Awful case lasted less than two weeks before falling apart

Not a UK company as the website have you believe. Orders are shipped from the US and do not come as described on the website. Customer is liable to import taxes, though you only find this out when you get a bill or look into returns! Want to return an item from the UK to the US?! Good luck with that. Why state they are a UK company when they are not and not even trading under UK laws.

Never received item - they would only consider it lost in transit after 6 weeks.
Agreed to refund but never sent the money despite saying they had.
Just a total con and very unlikely the item was sent in the first place.

Nothing was posted out, check out their many bad reviews and don’t make the same mistake I did.

Not UK company from America, poor service bought a phone cover it took a month to arrive opened box and it only had the back cover front was missing. Emailed company and told to send back at my cost for refund but shipping is to America not UK not worth sending back costing me more money for there mistake not checking packaging before shipping or did they know was missing when sent. Wish I read the reviews before buying fron this company avoid!!

To start it states punk UK 🇬🇧 paid and turns out its being shipped from the US just received the wrong case and its from Germany.....I waited 2 weeks there emailing system is crap I've sent numerous pictures of the case and heard nothing

False DPD delivery. False invoice. Money taken no refund. No reply’s to email. Very sophisticated realistic web page. Police to be informed if no reaction to this post.

Items shipped from USA not UK. They set the website up to make it look like its coming from the UK.

When the case finally arrived, it wasn't what i ordered, and the item isn't even available to buy from their website.

Pointed out their error, only to be told 20% discount if I wanted to keep a case I didn't order and don't want or send it back to USA at my cost for a refund or replacement.

So even though its their error, looks like I'll get 20% off an item that will be thrown away. Its awful quality, the box was open when I received it.

Bad service, bad experience and would not recommend.

EDIT 13/02/23 - I am still requesting a refund fir wrong item sent and pre-paid postage label plus proof of how they will insure it.

Looks like this company operates in the UK, but doesn't follow UK law or UK consumers rights.

DO NOT BUY FROM PUNKCASE is my advice. I purchased a case for my phone which arrived at the beginning of November last year which had already taken an age to arrive. Once it had arrived it was no more than 10 minutes before I had to contact them via email to let them know the case was faulty. I took pictures as evidence and you can see from the timeline it was shortly after receipt that the email left my email.
I have emailed several times but nothing has been resolved. They have taken my payment and all I have is a broken phone case..
I'm still chasing a refund.. I will update my review if this is resolved.

I ordered a case before looking at the reviews which left a bit of a worry but I needn't have. Case ordered on the 7th January arrived 19th January (Although the DHL tracker still has it pending!).
In use, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, they aren't complicated but some simple stuff in it that reduces the risk of damaging the case/ phone. I have used it for a week. I get about another 1- 1 1/2 charges from it which means I could, with a bit of frugal use, get a weekends use out of it. I have a tracking app that is on all the time which is a work requirement that drags the battery use down but this is included in my estimation.
All in all, as good as any other battery case I have had, good price and no delivery issues. Only issue is them not being honest about their location. Its okay to be in the US, just tell customers!

Do not trust this company. Upon checkout they lure you into paying extra for a another "discounted" product WHICH THEY NEVER SEND with your original order. I ordered a phone case for £33 assuming it would be excellent quality but turned out to be extremely cheap flimsy plastic. I also paid extra for a powerbank which never arrived. They also never let you know that they're based outside of UK and what the delivery time would be, so you end up waiting over 3 weeks for delivery.
I've messaged them multiple times about refunding the payment fir powerbank which they never sent but so far I've only been ignored. Poor, poor service.

Shocking service. The case never arrived and after two months they said they could offer another one at 25% discount, then when I asked for a refund they offered a replacement at 30% off. Bearing in mind I’d already paid in full for something that never arrived. After 3 months they just decided to ignore me completely. I understand things go missing from time to time but the onus was on them as it never left the US. A replacement would have been okay but just to haggle and then do nothing - this doesn’t seem like a genuine company.

That’s another thing, the set up cons you into thinking the item is being posted from the UK when they are in fact based in the USA

This case is supposed to protect my Samsung Note-20 ultra, but did just the opposite. Dropping from a table, then the phone would not turn on. The front screen was fine but when I took it out of punkcase, the whole backside gorilla glass was shattered ...attributed to the weight of the battery within the case.

I’m aware there are some poor reviews, however I ordered a case for a samsung on the 4/1/22 it arrived today 14/1/22 it is for the phone i ordered it for fits well and the delivery didn’t take long so my experience is completely different to these poor reviews.

Unfortunately, I didn't read the other reviews, so I'm here to tell a similar tale.

I had to wait 5-6 weeks for delivery to the UK, only for the wrong case to arrive (right phone size, wrong style).

They offered 20% off a replacement order, or a refund if I sent the case back to them in NY at my own cost.

This is against UK consumer rights (which, as they have a UK-registered website with a UK-registered business they should obey), but when you point this out, you get ghosted.

Avoid this business.

I bought a note 9 battery case with a 'lifetime' guarantee. It lasted 1 year before it failed but attempts to get it replaced under the guarantee failed despite promises and several email exchanges and nothing ever arrived. This company spends lots of effort selling its products but rather less it seems on customer service. SHOCKING and for me, never again as I won't deal with companies that don't honour their promises and there are options as other companies offer similar products. Shame as this review could so easily have been avoided and they were warned they would get a negative review if they did honour their promises.

Again wish I had read the reviews waiting over a month for items!!!! Will not reply to my emails etc that’s £103:00 down the drain

I wish I’d read these comments before. Exactly the same experience. Wrong item sent. From US , not UK. Took 6 wks to arrive and was incorrect when arrived. Multiple emails. 20% off offered . Won’t send you a return label. Just say mark it as return to sender. As if it would make it to Brooklyn US from UK that way ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

It has been well over a month and my item has not arrived, nor do they reply to any of my emails. They are based in the US and not the UK as adveryised. Wasted money. Do not use these scammers.

Its a Scam....bought a expensive products...got a very cheap alternative wrong products...asked why? I have been told to send back the products with my own cost to US.. then, they will only refund me £5 instead of £19 i paid... never buy from outside UK provider if you can...
