Worst company I've ever dealt with. 3 months and still no case and they don't answer emails. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered two cases off them neither arrived given a partial refund but charged for deliveries I never received avoid at all cost.

Ordered case for a Samsung galaxy s22, black full cover case with turquoise inserts.

After 4 weeks of waiting, a case turned up for an s8. Black with blue inserts.

A friend ordered theirs at the same time and it took 5 weeks.

Emailed punkcase, who offered a partial refund and told me to keep the case. What good is a case that doesn't fit and only getting half my money back.

6 months further on, several emails, still no refund at all. Friends case dropping to bit, the film over the camera lens torn, letting dirt in.

Meant to be awesome quality cases. Load of rubbish.

Ordered "Spartan" series case for S23, cost £30. A flimsy clear plastic case came after waiting 2 weeks for delivery.
Tried to contact several times for replacement or refund but getting nowhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This samsung s20 ultra case with the "stand" is a terrible disappointment the "stand" it has on the back is cheap, flimsy and can't even hold the phone case up nevermind the phone , the film cover it has for the screen will not provide any protection from any impact .
Do yourself a favor get a cheap one of ebay its the same quality .
That's if you even get the right order (which they will be unwilling to rectify)
Extremely disappointed in every way at best the only thing I can see it will be good for is keeping the phone clean.
Don't buy one !!!!!

Just awful , sent a case that doesn't work with Samsung s10plus refunded supposedly 25th August, 19TH SEPTEMBER still waiting there reply please wait 5-10 working days today Is day 18 , they are scammers PLEASE DO NOT USE DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS BUT 1 WAS MINIMUM !!! DO NOT USE this company! Ordered a clear case for a Samsung S10 plus that I'd bought for my mum's birthday. The case I received wasn't clear or for an S10 plus! Emailed them asking how I go about returning and getting a refund and have had no response.

Stupidly I didn't do a proper review search on them and trusted the reviews on their site. They are all lies!

As others have said they are not UK based, but USA based. Took ages for it to be delivered and as I said when it arrived it was not what I ordered. Raging!

I received the wrong case, wrong colour, I ordered a clear case and was sent an ugly black case with teal edging. I sent an email back to them and was offered a 20% refund when I rejected this and said I wanted either a full refund or the case I had ordered, they said I had to return the case I had received at my cost (I’m based in the UK) before they could offer a refund or new case, I explained the error was theirs not mine and that i shouldn’t be left to burden the cost of returning the product, they have now stopped responding to my emails, absolutely shocking customer service and clearly fraudsters, I will be reporting this company to trading standards, something needs to be done they clearly do this to everyone! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Not quite sure how this company are operating still. Absolute scammers, shoddy cases that aren't waterproof, scratch while in your pocket with no other items. Get poor screen glare. But worst of all they sold this case with an upsell on another powerbank product which never arrived. I order in April, they said the product was up for pre order when I ordered and they never mentioned this. They then said it would be dispatched in 2 weeks. It never was.
We are now 6 months down the line and all they do, when I repeatedly request a full refund, is send automated messages back to me either stating "that this is a wonderful product and we will give 10% off your order" (which they don't) or "please can we have your order number" and then when you give it say that the order is lost in transit and they proceed to do nothing about that either.
They said they'll give 25% off the order, they've said that the product is not in stock. Basically everything other than honouring the awful service and giving me a full refund.
They are an utter scumbag company I can only hope they get their deserved comeuppance.
After all this back and forth they also had the berne to send me a "we miss you" email saying ie not ordered fro. Them in a while and that I should spend more money with them for 15% off.

Absolute w**kers!!! Avoid at all costs. Ordered a 'all singing and dancing' case for my wifes s10.

I received a cheap and nasty knock off that bared no resemblance whatsoever to what I had originally ordered.

I contacted them for an imediate refund and stated under no circumstances would I be paying the return cost.

They acknowledged it was their mistake and offered a 10% discount

I let them know that I was on to their little con.

First of all stating they are uk based when they are US based.

Accepting expensive payments for so called high end cases, only to deliberately send incorrect cases that are a fraction of the cost.

Then refusing to pay for the return or refund the item, instead offering discounts.

The first discount was 10%

The second was 'oh, sorry you feel that way, (ah, we've been found out) how about 20%)'

How about you stop being scanky thieves and give me my money back!?

Avoid Avoid .. UK my ar##.. 4 to 6 weeks delivery. Is it coming via a blind carrier pigeon with 2 left wings. Do not order , Look at the reviews 1st. I didnt. Dont SPpp..unck yah money away on Punkcase..this company is a total rip off, and im guessing all the other companys under the same umbrella are also.. owned by a charlatan ( not Tim Burgess is a great guy who makes great music ).. rant over .. Please AVOID .. Dont get ripped off...
The fraudulent behaviour does not make a man of conscience, sooner or later, fraud gets exposed, and the fraudster not only loses other esteem but also loses self-respect.. Appalling company. Non specific communication. I ordered two cases on one delivered. After several emails it's clear that this company is a scam. Very disappointed being a company from the United States. The company advertises falsely claiming items are shipped from the UK, when in fact they ship from Brooklyn . They have committed fraud by acknowledging my order but refuse to send an item that has been paid for. I will initiated my bank recalling the finds sent.
Avoid, don't use this company!

This company sent me the wrong case and after months I still have no resolution and there answer is for me to send it back to the US at my expense . I purchased thinking was in the UK as it states punkcase UK. Very bad customer experience and until they send me the correct case I will review everywhere . Stay away from this company buy from amazon at least you get better care from them

Purchased an iPhone case. They delivered the incorrect colour. I asked for a refund and/or they send the correct item. They said that they would "offer me 20% off" and that I would have to post the case to them in New York, USA at my cost. Too expensive. My advice is AVOID.

They are completely a scam company. I brought a case from the co.uk website. Thinking this would come from the UK. No it got sent from USA. This is OK, a little delayed but got to me. The issue is they sent completely the wrong case. I contacted them and offered 20% off that case
I said I didn't want that one it didn't work and was horrible. Asked for return label to send back. Apparently they don't do this. I was to write return to sender on envelope and put it in any post box. I was told by post office this wouldn't not work. Looks this they do this kind of thing a lot. SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE

Like many others I have been duped into thinking a British website was shipping from Britain.
Extra import charges are expected to be paid by the customer along with a long wait.

They do not state on there website or shipping that this is the case until you track your product. If I knew it was like this I would have bought from a cheap Chinese firm.

Customer service have no solution, only say thank you for your custom.

By setting up a specific British website, they fully know what they are doing.
Avoid.

Worst customer experience I have received for as long as I can remember!

Sent the wrong item then expected me to return it to them - at my cost - before sending the item I'd actually paid for!
Or alternatively I could have a 20% reduction for something I never ordered....

I totally understand errors occur, we are only human! It's the action taken to rectify the error that is what matters and their number one interest is money!

I can prove this before you make the purchase! Add any product to your basket and go to checkout and see how many "bolt ons" they try to offer you!

To add, these cases are extremely overpriced for what they are too!
I guarantee you will get the same quality on eBay or Amazon for just £10-15 and I will happily provide you with links to them!

I expected this case to be made of really sturdy materials yet it is the same as I bought my son for £11 Inc delivery, via eBay!
You're literally paying £20+ for a box and a name... One they truly live up to!

You are most likely in the same situation as me - just broke your last phone or upgraded or both and want to make sure you protect your new one - seriously, follow your gut and spend your money elsewhere! I wish I had!

Yes it took about 4 weeks to come. I live in the UK. But I recieved my product and happy with it. I bought the spartan case for me s23 Samsung. Took forever but I'm happy despite all the negative reviews.

Like others, I made the error in assuming this was being shipped from the UK. I received tracking code from DHL after a few days which made it clear it was coming from New York. Annoying, but not the end of the world.

However, after a month, it hadn't arrived, and the tracking code stopped working. I emailed them to see what was going on, only to be told that my order was actually a pre-order?! And this product would be available soon?!

I requested a refund and they stopped engaging with me.

It all makes no sense, and this is clearly a fraudulent website. I am in the process of requesting a chargeback via my credit card provider.

I wish I'd read these reviews first!
