Well I had ordered the magnetic case for my phone. The case that arrived was a cheap rubber case and a screen protector; not the stuff I ordered. And I looked to return the case but on their website there is no contact adress no emails no phone number, so I'm stuck with a case that I don't want

Same as other reviews. Ordered back on the 8th of July, the case hasnt turned up, tracking number no longer finds shipment, American company with a co.uk web address. do not order, you will very likely lose your money

Thieving scum take your money and don't send case out. Said they had sent it but courier company never received it. See other reviews, referred to my bank, hopefully other people do the same and put these vile scum in jail.

If I could leave less I would DONOTORDER from The UK I still haven't received my items and ordered 2weeks ago... Disgusting.

This company is not in the UK
It is in the USA. They replied to my email but did not have a clue what was going on. This case is also available on amazon for next day delivery and half the price. So are all the cases This lot sell.

I purchased a product on 5th May, after hearing nothing for 4 weeks, I emailed them on 29th May, they advised it can take between 2 to 6 weeks for products to be shipped from usa, and that DHL do not regularly update their tracking numbers!
I wasn't aware it was coming from the usa as I wouldn't have ordered had I known the long lead time.
I emailed again on the 25th June and they haven't even replied.
I will be claiming my money back from my credit card company today.
They provide excellent products, but their customer service is awful.

Not UK based as their web address and website name appear to suggest - actually based in USA.

Took ages to arrive, and case wasn't as described so I asked how to arrange a refund. After a few nonsensical responses that didn't bear any relation to the question I'd asked, they said I needed to post it back to Brooklyn for a refund, and if it isn't returned within 30 days of it being sent out I'd get a credit note instead of a refund.

So I'd need to pay out nearly as much as the cost of the case to send it back, and probably wouldn't even get my refund, but a credit note I have to interest in using.

Avoid this company, you have no recourse if the item is wrong or not as described, or you simply want to return it for a refund on changing your mind, as you would be entitled to if they were actually UK-based as they clearly try to make out.

Order off this company thinking it was in uk only to find it's in Newyork the case came but wrong colour and no response on emails I've already got a black one

Do no order from this company. I wasn’t aware but this is a company based in America even thought it is a .co.uk website. My order has been ‘processing’ now for 20 days. Their communication is awful too. This company needs to be closed down.

The most arrogant company I have ever dealt with on the internet.
Now waiting 6 weeks & it’s been removed from the tracking system I assume because I have been asking them where it is.
I’ve given up on the prospect of receiving this.
A scam company.
They are now refusing to respond.
First class delivery they said when I ordered it.
Don’t order anything from them.
It’s such a shame I had to give one star.
Should be negative 5 stars in my view.

Ordered an item from the UK website being told it would arrive in 2/3 days, when in fact after I ordered I was told it could take up to 6 weeks.

The wrong case came and it's horrendously poor quality.

Just a scam all round - the support email is no help either

Ordered a case believing it was from the UK when I didn't get it, I emailed them to be told it comes from USA and takes 6-8 weeks. Emailed them again to cancel order as it hadn't been sent, and showed it was still in their warehouse waiting to be sent. No reply and no refund, now asked credit card company to take action wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Company aren't based in the UK. Customer service team are awful.
Item never arrived.

Case took ages to arrive from America. No updates at all in its journey. Has finally arrived and its the wrong colour. Lime green when I ordered teal. If I want a refund, I have to return to America at my cost. Will never buy from them again and will advise everyone I know to avoid.

The product is amazing and I have bought previous cases from them.

Unfortunately this time I had to chase and chase and chase delivery at every turn. The customer experience was poor, some times I would get a response and other times I wouldn't.

I flagged up on every occasion that something had gone wrong because the item was stuck and I always got the same response wait 6-8 weeks

Ordered 2 things got one but despite the customs label stating both in padded envelope which was not opened by customs other item not in it. Cannot contact company to complain as my order number is not recognised! So out of pocket! Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
