I have tried to return the S25 ultra case as it took too long to arrive. Punkcase UK have replied to only one of my six emails asking for the order number UK114208 that was in the email. If I knew the case was being sent from USA and not the UK, I would not have ordered it. The name is misleading, customer service appalling I am still waiting for a reply

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing..delivery was fine...case terrible for Samsung 23 ultra...not fit for purpose...have now ordered a new case from another company...very disappointing...

Have ordered previously and phone case was brilliant. Placed an order 8th Feb, money left account but no confirmation. Absolutely no contact via customer service, bank now trying to retrieve payment. Advise to avoid

Wrong case sent out, they say,uk site first class delivery, the case comes from New York in America, they say military grade, small soldiers are more military grade than this case, then I was informed it was lost in transit, then I got offered 10% off the price, then it arrived nearly 2.5 weeks after ordered, then they offer me 25% off whitch would have covered the case i bought to protect my phone, they said allow 5/10 days for the refund, I am still waiting. PLEASE PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM PUNKCASE, I am now going through trading standards for full refund of this case that I think is worth £5,99 not dust or water proof.

Avoid this company if you live in the UK. It might not even come and if it does, it takes 6 weeks with no tracking information. They advertise as if they are based out of the UK which will mislead people.

My honest view is that this company is adding 'UK' to its name to decieve people.

They are based in America so delivery times are slow. I did receive an item that had no resemblance to my order.

I wish I had read the reviews first and actually think I got off lightly as only lost £20 🥺.

Scam company. Please don't make the mistake I did by ordering from them. They are not based in UK and the website misleads you to think they are. They will take your money then say the product you ordered is not in stock even though it clearly says in stock when you pay for it. I have written 4 messages to punkcase now asking to cancel the order because they don't have it in stock. Even if they eventually do get them restocked, the item then has to be shipped from America. It could be months before you get anything. Punkcase have completely ignored my messages asking to cancel the order.

Bought my first punkcase back in 2019/20 lasted until may this year but eventually the front clear just wore out a fantastic product. Ordered a replacement in June, wrong colour arrived could not hear anything unless on speaker and then I noticed the camera cover part came off. Attempted to contact them via email on several occations wuth no response so went on FB 3 times and got a short "they will get back to you" on each attempt, no further contact from them I guess they are in serious finacial problems if not already gone bust. What a shame after the first case was epic. Steer clear of Punkcase they are finished!

Product never arrived, won’t respond to emails. Seems this is standard for them according to trust pilot. I wish I looked here first!

Crap case, worked fine for a week or so then wouldn't charge properly. Tried to contact and auto responses only. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY purchasing, total scammers.

Poses as a legitimate UK site but charges high prices for cases and either doesn't send it or sends the wrong product out, then ignores your messages when you contact them. Extremely unprofessional and needs reporting to trading standards and watchdog!!! They should be shut down, how is this even legal????

I used the 'UK' site which wasn't the UK at all but USA. I didn't know this at the time of ordering. The case never arrived. No proper contact, just what looks like to be automated replies.

Failed to send out items, send out the wrong item and refuse to correct their mistake.

Ordered a case. Paid for shipping to the UK. It never left the states . Out of the blue I got only a partial refund. This seems like a scam company or atleast one with very dubious operating standards, avoid!

⚠️‼️Ghost Company. Avoid at all costs!!! You have been warned ‼️⛔️Ordered a charge case for my iPhone, it took way longer to arrive than you’d expect. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. The wrong case was sent. The case was a lower power also to what I ordered and looked nothing like the case I ordered. This company is also based in New York not the U.K. and if you were to return anything it’ll cost you more than the cost of the case. Not that that is a problem as the returns policy is non existent. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for over two months now and have sent numerous emails to every email address I can find and have never had a single reply. This company is a Ghost. I’ve took it up with my bank to get a refund. Please read the reviews, avoid this company at all costs. This is the way they treat every customer without exception. This company will be going into administration soon as you can’t run any company like this and get away with it. If you pay money to these people you will at best get the wrong item sent and at worst lose all your money. Either way it’s a waste of time and money.

I ordered the all black charging case and got a pink on completely different to the one I ordered.After I emailed them they asked for invoice number,after sending it I never heard anything again.

I ordered 2 replacement cases for my wife and I as we have the same phone. The cases did not turn up and after 4 weeks. The tracking number they supply does not work when you check using DHL website. I was told that I had to wait up to 6 weeks for shipping. There is no way to talk to someone, you can only email and the response is 1-2 days. After 7 weeks I wrote to them and they agreed that my items were missing. At this point I asked for a refund which they agreed to and they said I had to wait 5-10 working days for it. It is currently working day 13 and no sign of refund. Wrote to them again and got the same AI email saying I have to wait 5-10 working days. This company is rubbish. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Get your cases locally NOT from the USA

Item never arrived, an additional item added too which I hadn't noticed via a subscription.
Asked for refund as item didnt arrive and thwy kept offering me discounts in 5% increments. Have refused 3 times now and want my refund. Have involved PayPal.

Scam, avoid. Wished I'd see these reviews before purchase.
