SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY YOU'LL GET RIPPED OFF. ITS NOT UK AT ALL. SCAM COMPANY FROM America

So when I initially purchased the item (August 24) wrong colour arrived and when I contacted the company I had no response so settled for what I had received.

Fast forward to June 25, the power bank phone case exploded in my hand causing burns to my arm and stomach. When I contacted them in order to notify them, twice I had the same message "... order number..." once provided twice the response was ... lost in transit... resend or refund..."

They had completely missed the point of me email, I have now contacted citizens advice and trading standards.

Nearly 30 days, nothing received, tracking number not valid. Are these guys a scam?

The website has a co.uk Web page but after ordering, 1 week later I still haven't received my case I contacted them and noticed they are a company based in Newyork.
I received a reply the following day requesting my order number (why don't they know when I've given them my detsils?) 3 days later I'm still awaiting a reply.
I can't comment on the quality of the case because I haven't received it yet but I feel its a bit dishonest making out they are local but infacf they're half way around the world!
Now I've just seen everyone's else's review. Wish I didnt order now

Diabolical customer service, waited
2 weeks and contacted them to be told that the courier they use doesn't update its tracking information regularly and that I needed to allow up to 6 weeks. Emailed again after 3 weeks to see if they had any update and if they could at least confirm it was on its way to me to be told it was lost. Offered replacement or refund but zero in the way of an apology or courtesy. Refund requested but not yet received. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Awful customer service.

Con artists it seems. Ordered AGES ago. Not received. No reply to contact. Seemingly no refund chances and lost hope of item ever arriving when really needed the next day. Investigating legal options...

Knew this was a US company
Followed the order process.
Order is now "stuck" in DHL tracking.
No response to queries to their so called support desk.
Will be taking out a supplier complaint with my credit card company.

The product arrived, and I expected a short wait as I imagine it does come from the US.
I ordered a case for Samsung S23+ which originally retailed at £81.00 but came down to £37.00 so took the plunge.
Case appeared to be solid, but on closer inspection the see through screens front and back seemed to be made of flimsy plastic.
The case was supposed to be waterproof and dust proof. Well, it isn't.
Fingerprint scanner was a visible circle on the screen and it took several attempts to get it to work.
Bottom line, Punkcase have lost a customer. Do your research before you buy.
I have recently bought a "Spigen" cover.
I have found this to be far superior.

Like others I didn't read the reviews, i've been waiting over 3 wks for my cover. Now they are uncontactable, fuming with my self as this is obviously a scam. Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company. It is not based in the UK and I ordered over 2 weeks ago and there is no sign of the case. It hasn't moved from the same location in the US on the DHL delivery details.

I placed an order from this 'Supposedly' UK based trader on 25th March (order #UK114980) and given by reply email a tracking order ref; for DHL (ref: 2025032600422P6HN4), that showed as awaiting dispatch from Avenal, NY-USA.
3+ weeks later and several un-replyed emails and a request sent to DHL to investigate where my package is, as the tracking info is no longer visible, i am very doubtful that this company even exists, and is just a SCAM and a money laundering operation!!!
It's just scandalous that operators of this nature are not taken down by the authorities!!
I would advise AVOIDING PunkCase.. at all costs!!!

This company doesn't respond to emails.
Better to steer well clear. I wish I had.

Still waiting for the phone case to arrive supposedly a UK site but tracking suggests it coming from Brooklyn NY a very dishonest company.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Being a .co.uk website thought it would be a standard few days for delivery. DHL tracking shows it's coming from the US and still in the US at the time of writing. I contacted them and they said it could take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive .. I'll probably get one off Temu faster. Phone without a case all this time. Don't bother

I purchased the s25 ultra vase a while ago. It took around 2 weeks to come as i went for the cheapest delivery I already new they was in NY. I have bought several cases allready. The product is brilliant other than the fingerprint dont work very well and also the wireless chargjng is a bit hit and miss. If you want a case for everyday use then punk case is not for you . I use it when i am fishing and have a another case that I use when not fishing. I think alot of these 1 star reviews are not fair. They are not scammers. Their cases are very well made and do exactly as they say they do. Unfortunately with cases of this type certain phone functions will not work 100 percent. Volume being one. The comment that I found most ridiculous was the one about the phone lens cover was getting dirty quicker and having to clean it more. That's just common sense lol. So if your thinking of ordering one bear in mind what I have said and if your cool with that then.you wont be disappointed.

I ordered a £28 iPhone case order no UK114264, around the 15th of Feb which I still haven’t received. I have sent an email & contacted them on their website with no reply. Don’t buy from this company

1,Phone case defective and very expensive paid £48 for same product that is only £15 elsewhere,

2,wrong product sent solar power bank doesn't support wireless charging again very over priced merchandise
3,emails are not responded , no customer service, very bad company

I put the case on my phone following the instructions given and the screen protector is about 3mm from my screen. I have to hammer my thumbs to be able to even touch the screen. Can't use the phone properly like this. Also, the sound quality on calls is now very poor due to the case.
I wrote them three emails since receiving the case and they got back to me on the 6th and ignored my entire email and said i should receive my case soon because of international shipping... I have the case, and it doesn't work!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You'd be better off buying something cheap from China as this is probably what they are selling at a crazy price!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Firstly being that the website is a .co.uk domain I was given the impression it was being despatched from within the UK, when in fact it came from USA. Secondly, when my order actually arrived, it was incorrect. Case is exceptionally cheap feeling, was the wrong colour and without a screen protector. When I emailed support, I was ignored initially, then sent an automated reply which was completely unrelated to my query and then I was ignored again. So I am left feeling completely scammed. Don’t order from this company, it’s not worth it.
