We used PSI last school year and return to PSI for the second school year. We found PSI representatives are really quick in responding our email inquiries and answer our questions to the point. PSI is also very flexible and adaptive in tailoring the date coverage to fit individual needs. These two aspects are what made us choose PSI in the first year and brought us back for the second year. Kristine helped us today to address all my questions and needs. She is so quick in responding my email with the answers I need. Thank you so much Kristine. Fortunately we haven't had the need to make a claim, but I hope the experience would be similar in case we do.

Joined for Fall 2025–Spring 2026. Compared with HMSA, the UH-endorsed plan that never replied to my emails, PSI has been quick and helpful in their email responses. I haven’t needed to use the insurance yet, but their responsiveness gives me confidence they’ll handle things properly if I ever have to file a claim.

Odette helped me with the process and any customization I may need for my plan. I found it difficult to find VT specific plans since they have extensive requirements, but PSI helped me attain the plan at a feasible rate, and also with the process to attain my waiver.
