The customer service is great, I like how they care about the customer and give you solutions to your issues and they keep you on the loop for the process. Also I appreciate the follow ups so that they make sure you have no questions or concerns. I needed to have a plan that is not on the posting and Odette helped me with that, I truly appreciate her and her help and she did a great job in customer service.

I think PSI insurance is doing a great job making healthcare accessible to everybody. They offer good service and the customer service is also always nice.
