Such a refreshing company to deal with. Firstly their prices are very competitive whilst still maintaining excellent cover/benefits. When I reached out to the team via email for some support, they were quick to respond. Further help wasn't needed in the end, but I'm sure Odette and her team would have helped should I have needed

It was Sooo nice! I made a mistake of setting the range of benefits and periods covered, so I sent email to PSI and she was really nice! She put all efforts she could do so that I can change my insurance successfully. THANK YOU!!!

Im a F1 student on OPT rn. The plans are very affordable and im looking forward to enroll in couple of days.

I am an exchange student with J1 visa, and while I was writing information to get the student health insurance I made several mistakes including my name, the duration of insurance due to my English. I reached the customer service via immediately when I realized I made mistakes. Thankfully they responded kindly and helped me as fastly as they can. I'm very relieved to get the right insurance now.

PSI Insurance is scam. Don't use. claim department is non-existence. Bought insurance and went to the hospital, turns out I don't have insurance, so I paid for nothing. Contact PSI online, cant even reach any of the customer service. Don't use it

Th process of Enrolling for health insurance was smooth and was understandable and if we have any doubts, we were able to solve it in just a call.
