Fantastic, professonal service
I am heading back to University to complete my second degree, and I am a bit rusty. I also have dyspraxia and appreciate a proofreading service. I appreciate the extensive feedback I got on my work; I can not fault the service. Professional, and the result was completed early. You are an incredibly valued service, and I will use you for each assignment throughout my degree.

Disappointing Proofreading and Editing Experience: Unaddressed Feedback and Unreasonable Fees
I recently submitted my document for proofreading and editing, and to my surprise, it was returned within just a few hours with minimal changes. Despite providing feedback and requesting further modifications, the service provider declined to address my concerns. Instead, they demanded a new fee for any additional work. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to take this opportunity to reiterate the results of our investigation.
We reviewed the editor's work and noted that they made substantial edits that improved the document’s readability. Additionally, while our service doesn't include back and forth with the editor, they often ask questions about a customer’s work to encourage the customer to double-check and make changes where necessary.
We know that the proofreading process is always a little subjective and want to make sure that you are as happy as possible. Therefore, we gladly offered to re-proofread your document after you made the editor’s recommended changes. Whether there will be a cost for this or not depends on the percentage of changes made.
We apologize for any misunderstanding and do hope that you will continue using our services in the future.
All the best,
The Proofed Team

Impressed...but
I was impressed by how detailed the review was and how well the amendments and corrections fit the gist of my thesis.
However, there was one point that I would like to make and that is, it would be wise to check with your client if you change the capitalisation of a word, for example, a lowercase b to capital B.
