This is the second time I have used this company and on both occasions Gordon carried out the survey very thoroughly, he gave me a verbal report the same day and a very comprehensive written report followed 2-3 days later, I messaged him later to ask a question about the property and he gave me a very helpful answer.

I had a week and a half left for completion and exchange of the property I was buying and urgently had to find a surveyor. I got ridiculous quotes of £550+ elsewhere for a RICS level 2 Survey without a guarantee that it would he booked in over the next week. My friend recommended Project and Survey, the Surveyor Gordon was booked in 2 days after getting through to them. He surveyed the property on the Friday and sent over the completed, comprehensive report on Sunday evening. They couldn’t have been quicker and the price was very really reasonable. Gordon also called me on the Friday to go through the findings and took the time to explain the terminology I didn’t understand. After, when looking through the report I had further questions and emailed Gordon in which he responded promptly on the same day. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you for your service.
