Extremely thorough report and follow up call. Gordon and his team were reliable, friendly, punctual and communicative throughout. The report came through faster than expected. And at a competitive price as well. Couldn't recommend more!

Gordon was awesome for my report!

I used several surveyors before for other purchases, but no one likes him. His super polite, efficient, very detailed and very carefully checked everything. He also called me immediately after the survey to go through almost everything on the phone. And the survey report was delivered to me much earlier than the expected date.

Over all I will give him 5 STARS, and recommend to everyone who needs the survey. And I will definitely use him again in the future!

Gordon was very detailed, helped us to negotiate snagging points and signed off on the (basic) snagging works. Would highly recommend for detailed building surveys.
