Gordon delivered a great service. He was extremely helpful and timely with his surveying and report. We received emails and tracked through the portal when the survey was taking place (2-3 days later after arranging). We then received an on the day call post survey from Gordon explaining in detail the key issues identified and providing his professional opinion. We then following a bank holiday received the comprehensive report 2 days later. Really appreciate how smooth and timely the whole process was. Particularly appreciate the detail provided in the report and it was really easy to understand following Gordon's call.

He told me he will tell me the rought estimate of the cost of repairs but he didn't.

Gordon went over and beyond with our level 3 survey. He responded to our follow-up queries thoroughly and promptly- giving practical advice and potential solutions/ investigations on key issues. Excellent service, communication and timeliness

I made a level 3 survey booking with Project & Survey for the property I am purchasing. The first person I spoke with, Jemma, promptly scheduled the dates with my estate agents within the first fifteen minutes of our conversation. The company also offered the flexibility to pay on or before the survey date. This was quite helpful because other vendors I spoke with were rigid about not allowing me to schedule a date until the payment was made.

Gordon did the property survey. Shortly after finishing the survey, he gave me a call to discuss the preliminary results. He spent a good 45 minutes taking me through the suspect concerns that I could have on the property. The report was quite detailed and actionable for me to take the appropriate next steps. Gordon was so kind as to help me when I required clarification twice after sharing the report, and he was pleased to walk me through the steps.

I am very grateful to him for both the incredible work he completed with the utmost honesty and the equally amazing person he is. Thank you so much :)

Very thorough survey. Effort made to have a pre meeting to address my initial areas of concern with the property. Effort in checking everything (incl roofs, loft, outside space) thoroughly. Would use them again!

I booked through the online portal, which was straightforward to use. The survey was organised very quickly, Gordon gave me a call after completing it to provide an overview of potential issues and clarify anything. The report was comprehensive and has helped us check a few things with the vendors before proceeding. All in all, great service at a good price point.

I was helping a family member by trying to find someone to do a survey on a house they’re trying to buy.

I found P&S via a Surveyors comparison site (& saw they had excellent reviews) & from the first contact by email with their very competitive quote & a couple of calls with one of their staff, to having received the very comprehensive Level 2 Homebuyer’s Report (which was preceded by a call from Gordon the surveyor who was so nice & explained at length, his findings on the day of the survey, answering all my questions & concerns), Project and Survey were second to none.

I’ve used many surveyors over the years but can honestly say P&S are the absolute best & ‘go the extra mile’.

It was so easy to book & pay for the survey, which they fitted in less than a week after me ringing but they even brought it forward by one day when they’d had a cancellation.

After the phone call on survey day, the extensive Report which included many relevant photos, was accessible to us just 3 days later.

All in all it was a great experience & we’re very grateful to them, in particular to Gordon, who is an outstanding surveyor, owning an excellent & highly professional, efficient business that is very well deserving of all these superb reviews.

Fantastic report! I was really happy with the detail of the report. Arrangements were timely and smooth. I received a call immediately after the survey to give me an overview and the main headlines. Really great company.

What have received the report on time as promised. The report was very clear, easily to understand so we didn’t even ask a call back for clarification. We are also extremely happy with the service we received from Jemma while arranging the appointment. She was very patient with us. We will definitely use their service again and we highly recommend them to anyone who would like to complete a home buyer survey.

Helpful and informative at every stage of the process

Gordon was thorough and professional throughout but what was most impressive was how useful and responsive he was in helping formulate my enquiries to the sellers based on his report which ended up saving me money when requesting a price reduction.

An easy platform to navigate, and professional looking. It was easy to check the progress of the survey.

I also had the opportunity to speak to the surveyor who was very pleasant and easy to talk to after the survey was produced to discuss any concerns, which was very useful and any updates due to the report was produced swiftly.

it's the second home that we survey as we withraw our offer from a previous deal. we found them on the web and we were truly amazed and impressed with the quality of the survey ! really done by a passionate surveyor that went the extra mile, checking dumpness with a machine, analysing the mouvements of the wall, checking the roof with drones, getting inside the attic ( although complicated), building a super super comprehensive report with CLEAR comments. we saw many survey reports and it seems they are too much into protecting themselves than giving an objective expertise ! we had a folowup call with them, they even managed the expectations of our RE agents! i cant recomand ennough, if you are like us buying your first home and interrested in a real expertise that is clear and thorough, i highly advise you to book with them !
