Very efficient,worked really hard and made a difficult experience a lot easier for the family.

Although I didn't have the pleasure of using Pro Clearance Ltd. (Short version: I mistakenly submitted my job under the wrong postcode & I'm hundreds of miles away), I was contacted very quickly and offered very useful information to help me in my search to choose another company closer to my home. I was so impressed I contemplated moving to Leeds just so Pro Clearance Ltd could take on my job! I am grateful for the help, knowledge shared and high level of customer service shown to me. Kay and his team were absolutely fantastic, they cleared my late fathers home which was a bit of a task! They were very polite, professional and caring despite the circumstances, and we had a good laugh too. Highly recommend these guys 💫

We didn’t get off to a great start with the team being an hour late.
The middle part of them packing house was great and quick.
Got to the house didn’t put all the things where directed and didn’t bring the correct tools to put our bed up and our 8months old babies cot. Looking forward to a sleepless night after a 5 hour drive!

We need a property clearing for a relative that is seriously ill. So the stress levels are high. After Kay contacted me on the Saturday morning his team arrived when he said. They did a brilliant job nothing was too much trouble. All I can say is USE them.

The workers turned up on time. Gave me a reasonable quote. Communicated with me at all times. Cleared the house as promised and I trusted them, which was important. Polite and worked hard.

Good bunch of lads, took good care of everything during our house move, showed up early and had the job done in no time, no issues at all!

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Their work ethic is second to none. Brilliant communication, punctual, efficient, extremely pleasant and polite and the job was done in a quick and compassionate manner. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Absolutely ten out of ten.
