They are an amazing service and they were determined to remove furniture that was extremely difficult. They are flexible and were able to work around our tight schedule when we needed it. Very respectful and friendly team, I would definitely recommended!

Excellent service from Pro clearance. Very prompt and on time. Cleared a full detached 3 bedroom house and external garage in very little time. No messing about with these lads straight in and get the job done. Very pleased with the finished result. Photo evidence sent to prove they are tipping your rubbish properly at a waste centre which is a satisfying thing knowing your not gonna get a fine through the post for your waste being tipped illegal. Very pleasant and polite lads. Will 100% be using them again and would recommend to anyone wanting a clearance company. Keep up the good work lads.

I recently used Pro Clearance Ltd to clear a relative’s house. They responded to my email asking for help very quickly. On the day they cleared the house very quickly and even returned the next day to pick up a few remaining items. They were polite and helpful.

Kay and his team provided a FIRST CLASS SERVICE. They were prompt (in fact they were slightly early which suited us perfectly) they were courteous, respectful of people and property and even asked for a "dustpan & brush" to tidy up. Their price, for the job, was very reasonable, I would have no hesitation in recommending them for your House Clearance.

Great service, quality furniture and easy delivery

A review ??… Where do I start. I had 3 quotes for my removal. £360, £650 and £900. After reading amazing reviews for this company I decided on them paying the £650. I spoke to kay a good few times beforehand and he was so so lovely and helpful. My moving date changed and then the day I finally moved I asked them to come an hour later than planned. 10 o’clock came and went… they turned up at 11:30, I’d already got a guy of my own in for £80 for the day. He had all the stuff outside for them which saved them a lot of time. They were rough with my stuff, damaged multiple things including wardrobes, my sofa, my mattresses, Didn’t have a clue how to manoeuvre anything. My guy had to show them pretty much everything. Getting to the new house they didn’t know where to put anything despite it all being stickered with locations. They told my guy to say that the fridge freezer wouldn’t fit up the stairs because they didn’t wanna carry it up. They were constantly complaining , said they were surprised a mirror hadn’t smashed on the way. Left things at my other house that were supposed to have been loaded. Wouldn’t assemble my stuff at the other end, but it had been included in the price. All my food defrosted because it took them so long and I was only moving 3 miles up the road. I complained to the boss and he told them what I’d said, so they drove away and refused to finish the job. The boss made them return to finish, and me and the boss agreed I’d only pay £500, and offered to
Replace the frozen food if I sent him a list. I did so and he refused to foot the bill. All in all I had a lot of faith in this company but they failed miserably to meet any sort of standard. So now a trip to Iceland at my expense. They may look good on paper but honestly, I’ve seen s**t fights between monkeys at the zoo more organised than this .

Pro Clearance have been excellent from start to finish. Great communication, all questions were answered quickly, and all the waste was cleared within 24 hours of speaking to Kay. First-class service, I would highly recommend Kay and his team.

Great job done clearing a first floor flat. Some heavy furniture had to be taken some distance. No problem for these friendly professionals, 10/10.

These guys are amazing. They arrived to clear my dad’s flat, they were professional, friendly and respectful and got stuck in with the job at hand. The price was reasonable and they even sent videos of the safe and legal disposal and recycling. Do not break a limb in rushing to book these guys!!
