Would have rated zero if possible

Would have rated zero if possible. Customers service from “Diana” is atrocious and very vague. She / it - as I suspect it’s a bot, doesn’t answer the questions and keeps sending links to Chinese tracking apps that require subscriptions.
Deliver time is snail paced and when you try and return the item as it’s arrived too late for its purpose they charge for the return back to China!
YOU USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK 😡

**Elymore replied to the review above offering to review the issue and came back with an offer to refund 10% of my costs as it would cost more to return the item than I paid for it. I already had to purchase a second item from another company as their delivery was outside of what they state. This they said was not their fault, it was down to the companies they use to ship the goods!**

Do not buy from this company !!! absolutely terrible, bought a dress for my daughter that when it came it looked nothing like what was advertised, the material was cheap and nasty,
they then only offered a £14,50 refund for a dress that was £45 , unless I paid £20 to return it !

Do not buy from this company.

The items I received were very poor quality and looked nothing like the photos on the website. They also claim to ship locally, but the products are actually shipped from China.

When I tried to return the items, the process was made impossible. I requested a return and was told it would be “too expensive” to ship back, so instead they offered only a 10% refund. This is completely unacceptable.

They refuse to provide a proper refund and make returns extremely difficult. I would not recommend buying from this site.

Terrible company. Terrible quality and standard. They ship from China and if you want to return something you have to pay costs and fees more than the price of product. Would avoid at all costs.

Bad quality, wrong size! Delivery took weeks

I am very disappointed with this company! I’ve bought a jacket from them online. The delivery said that is free to UK address.
Unfortunately the jacket travelled all the way from China so took over 2 weeks with very little information on tracking. Had to email the company to ask about the parcel worrying that got lost. The worst was that when the jacket finally arrived it didn’t at all looked like the jacket on the website!
Very bad quality product for £45, the size is not accurate at all. The jacket is tiny even though I have ordered a size M for a buggy look. When I tried to contact Elymore to find out the process of refund or exchange I have been told it will cost over £20 + additional fees as it has to be returned to China. None of the info is given to you when you purchasing or even on their website under terms & conditions. Seeing free delivery to UK you would believe it will be also easy & cheap to return it or change it.
I am now left with expensive jacket that looks like few pound worth fleece.
Elymore emailed me that all they can offer is 10% back to me which is about £4,50 as they do not recommend change to bigger size or return it as is going to cost me a lot of money!
Don’t buy anything here! These days when we shop online and are unable to see the fabric or try the item first the flexibility to return is crucial. I am shocked that companies like Elymore can get away with it! I write this review to worn next clients!
Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered the textured woven vase and…

I ordered the textured woven vase and the geometric wall art from Elymore.com and I am so impressed! The vase looks even better in real life, and the wall art fits perfectly above my sofa 😭✨ The colors matched the online photos exactly (which hardly ever happens lol 😅), and the whole thing felt like a little “YESSS” moment when I opened it.

No mention anywhere on the website that clothing comes from China, jacket i ordered was cheap and shoddy, literally looked like it had been made for a couple of pounds and I paid £ 50 for it!! Tells you everything when they offer to send you another one free of charge and to keep the original! When I said I wanted a refund, got told shipping to China would probably cost as much as the crappy jacket so offered me a 10% refund!!! Absolute scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. The jacket looks NOTHING like it does on the website. It was meant to be faux leather and just looks like the cheapest plastic money can buy, it is absolute rubbish. These people are just basically stealing money from you

If I could put 0 stars I would, the quality of the coat I bought was awful and when trying to return it they said I would cost me £20 plus extra as it need to be returned to China. Total scam
I have checked and it doesn’t say it will need to returned to China, the package came from London !!!

I would NOT recommend buying anything from the online shop, it is mostly a scam, the items received are not the items bought online and to top of the extremely bad experience, they offered just 10% back and said the return fee would add up to the cost of the coat which is £100!!!
