Exactly what I needed at a good price and reliable delivery

I bought some used Look Keo 1 Classic pedals. Described as 'used' they were in fact very lightly used and in top condition. Payment process on the Website felt a little clunky, but that's possibly my technical incompetence and occasional lack of patience. I'll be back!

Royal Mail tracking didn’t give a delivery date or time, package was left on the door step in full view of the street.

Product as described. Excellent service.

Great frame at an amazing price. Super helpful explaining the frame.

Was told delivery would be Wednesday, but didn't happen due to the Queen's funeral. Can't grumble about that.

It hasn’t arrived on time.
Issue resolved satisfactorily with supplier once aware.

Very happy with my purchase and was posted out quickly. Hope to deal with you again soon. Many Thanks

Had an issue with the item originally but everything was resolved and Cycletrade were good with communication.

I sold a seven-year old road bike with a good specification. They quickly reviewed the photographs I sent and offered me a very good price within twenty-four hours. My bike was couriered up to them and full payment was sent to my bank account promptly. It was a completely pain-free experience for me. I felt the price they offered was comparable or even higher than if I had opted for a sale on eBay (without the crippling charges). Highly recommended.

Purchased a Columbus frame last week, great service and the description was 100% accurate and detailed. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service with customer care to the fore. I purchased a bicycle frame but on delivery found out that I could not use my existing gearset with it. The response to my enquiry was rapid. A return was arranged and a full refund issued. I feel this is a company that you can trust and I will continue to watch the website looking for other equipment. They all seem like genuine and good guys.

A very efficient service, the product was as it was advertised and the packaging was excellent.
Delivered quickly and safely.

Excellent custom service, good price and quick delivery!

Condition of the stem and bolts fantastic, really fast service and packaging great.

Cheap and fast delivery. :-)

Great... Thank You.

Superb compact multi tool. Very well made. Solid all metal construction. Excellent quality tools including nice chain splitter. Good solid feeling in the hand. Already been used on the trail. As good as anything I've paid £25-30 for in the past.
