Risposta di Probiketrader
Hi Thomas,
We have been in regular contact, and sorry for the initial delay.
I have responded via email and the package has been shipped & I have forwarded the tracking number. Due to the Royal Mail Strikes, there is a large backlog of international packages at the depot so it looks like it's awaiting a scan.
We will provide you regular updates of this package as said per our email and keep you posted.

Risposta di Probiketrader
Hi Alex,
We must firstly apologize for this experience.
It looks like we posted the item out via Royal Mail but there is no scan for it.
Refund has been processed and we will review carefully what has happened here and make improvements right away.
Thank you for your patience.
