Always reliable great service excellent product ....recommend to anyone ....Lez Rowles....

I had an issue the other day while working with the gear inner cable and I called the bike shop;the guy told me to go there and change it straight away so I went there and he had a mechanic who fixed it for me!!!great costumer support and service provided.I always support locals and this one is gonna be my place for service and any issue with my bike definitely.I really recommend this place and they also got very decent good bikes plus vintage exclusive models. Also they can assist you with any parts as the guy got knowledge and can give you fair prices in second hand well maintained stuff!!!so proud to be his first workshop costumer!!!

This was the first time I’ve sold a bicycle so didn’t have any knowledge of the process. I found Cycletrade online and followed the instructions. They offered me a price which I accepted and then arranged for a box to be sent out and for collection by Parcelforce. When they received it and inspected it they paid me by bacs transfer the same day. It was an easy, pain free transaction. Communication was excellent! Would really recommend Cycletrade if your considering selling a bike!

I sold a bike to Cycletrade. The price offered was excellent for a sale to a trade buyer. Satisfying to know the bike will go on to a good home!
The customer service provided by Keval is second to none. Polite, efficient and even when the courier had a glitch with the delivery, Keval and his team sorted it out in no time.
Top notch!

Sold my Trek 520 with Cycletrade, hard to find a buyer for a touring bike online, few and far between! Happy with agreed price and Keval was great to deal with. Would happily recommend.

Had been trying to sell my 2016 bike on line. I was not having a lot of joy. One buyer agreed a price and then didn't pay up. I sent pictures of my bike to Cycletrade and had a very quick reply with an offer. Although it was a lot less than I wanted I was happy just to get the bike of my hands. I decided to deliver the bike to their premises in London. I was met by a very enthusiastic, Keval, who was clearly passionate about bikes. The funds were transferred to my account after the bike had been inspected. Of course the bike and parts with it are now on sale for over double what they paid but this is to be expected when you have cover overheads as they do. Overall very pleased with whole process.

This is the first time I've used Cycle Trade and I'm impressed. Being able to get second hand bike kit for very reasonable prices and a money back guarantee, means I can try kit that, I either can't afford or am not willing to spend the money on when brand new. A pair of power meter pedals in this case - which came boxed and with the original 'get started' leaflet.
My only niggle, and a very minor one, is the 6 days it took for my purchase to arrive. We're all too used to next day delivery now!
I thoroughly recommend Cycle Trade.

Will definitely use cycle trade AGAIN

Items as described. Quick delivery

This company sells both new and used bicycles, components and accessories. I purchased from them for the first time and was impressed with both the communication and value for money.

Nice shop! They have really good deals, quick delivery and good service

Excellent delivery speed. Well packaged product which was as described/shown in the listing.
Very happy with purchase.
Only downside was receiving an empty manual document holder. Not a big deal but prevents 5 stars

Classic, as advertised, swift dispatch, many thanks, bellisimo

Had a high end used bike to sell after upgrading. Google search found me Cycletrade. Made contact with theam and had a quick responce. We agreed on a price for which i was happy to sell them my bike. With them being based in Glasgow, i was able to deliver bike to them. From first contact to dropping bike off and the agreed sales funds being transferred into my bank, it was all easy, quick and straightforward. No hesitation in recommending Cycleterade. Great company to do business with.

Great company , great advice , great wheels / tyres - great price - all round excellent . Thanks Jim

Failure to send ordered component. No notification of delay. In the event of the product ever arriving I hope the returns process is more straightforward.

Good communication-confirmation of order (Shimano C6500 cassette), notification of despatch and expected delivery date. A pleasant buying experience. Would certainly use company again.

Great experience, quick delivery and superb service.
Guys were very helpful over the phone and I managed to trade in my other frame and get a discount for another purchase.
