When you meet wonderful people that care and know how to take action, you have probably just met Stephanie.

I have had a persistent hearing issue over the last two weeks and decided to seek expert advice, rather than use the typical high street stores. Booking an appointment with The Private Ear Clinic was straightforward and they made a day and time convenient for me, taking a small deposit to hold the slot. The premises were tidy, reception was welcoming and treatment room hi tec and modern.

The real star however for me today, was Stephanie, who is lovely as well as brilliant. She took the time to understand my hearing issues, told me what could be done and then dealt with the issue immediately in the practice. She has given me follow up advice and some details required to get pharmacist support.

My hearing has already improved since the lunch time session today, I also now feel confident that all will be well and that is a huge and emotional relief to me.

I was anxious about micro suction for both blocked ears before I used the clinic for the first time but every member of staff has been wonderful. Very professional and informative as well as friendly and kind. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

The service I received was comprehensive and thorough, I was apprehensive but was put at ease and understood the whole process, resulting in a good experience and a trial pesto of recharging ear pieces . So far they feel so comfortable and light weight and I look forward to hearing all those noises and speeches I have been missing out on

I have always been made to feel so comfortable and relaxed at this clinic. I was anxious about having microsuction and also worried about my hearing loss but everyone that I have seen has always made me feel reassured and relaxed. Sarah Kent has been particularly brilliant and always makes time to listen to my concerns. She is friendly and professional and I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere for my hearing checks. Thank you.

I have been using this clinic for around 2 years and always receive the most friendly and professional service. I had the wax removed from both ears following trouble with my right ear and the clinician (nurse) did an excellent job in the nicest possible way. I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you.

I use silicon ear plugs , unfortunately a bit broke off whilst on holiday and got stuck deep in my ear, Jackie did an excellent job in removing it and now my hearing is back to normal. Thank you

Fantastic friendly and professional service. I went in distressed and unable to hear in one ear...I left swiftly afterwards with all my hearing back and a smile on my face :-) Recomended.

First class service. Made an appointment after suffering from impacted ear wax. Jo and Penny both helped clear it with micro suction.
Turned up slightly early and seen almost straight away. Within 15 minutes I was all clear and happily on my way with my hearing restored. Very professional. Many thanks.

This is the second time I have been to see Jackie to have ear wax removed from my ears. I live in Winchester, but travel to Milford on Sea to have the treatment because Jackie is so good. She puts you at easy and does an amazing job. The difference in my hearing is unbelievable after I've had my treatment. I would not go anywhere else.

Amazing service from start to finish! Such care and attention given to my 88 year old mum! Never rushed or pressured into making a purchase! Just professional care, always! Mum trialled hearing aids for three weeks and was thrilled with how they changed her experience of being in social situations - which-she had started to avoid! Cannot fault the care and attention given by the audiologist/ microsuction practitioner Emma Smith, (at their Bournemouth clinic on Mondays) whose attention to detail, understanding and friendly nature made for relaxed appointments each visit. Everything was clearly explained and at no time did I feel pressureized to purchase new hearing aids from them following an initial hearing test appointment. However I did, their prices were very competitive to high street outets, but it was the attention to giving optimal hearing that swung it. I had several visits 1) ears cleaned, (this was an extra charge) & having read their literature decided on a pair to buy, I was given a sample to wear for 2 weeks 2) adjustments to sound levels as required 3) reassement of sample aids levels and readjustment to suit my lifestyle, inner ear moulds made for new aids 4) the purchased pair given & adjusted to required volume levels 4) follow up of new hearing aids usability. Superb service. I have no hesitatation recommending this company.

Been to nhs ent for about 18 months and they say hardened wax in one ear. I’ve been in agony on 3 visits them trying and them saying come back in. Booked in this private ear clinic and saw Jackie who removed hard wax in minutes (no pain at all) and cleaned both ears. Recommend fully to pay and benefit great service and gentle care also very polite and friendly.

Today I visited the Milford on Sea clinic.. Such friendly staff and a wonderful professional service.. Having removed the wax from my ears was so happy to be able to hear again.. Well informed about the procedure before and during the appointment and was painless and quick.. Highly recommend this clinic 🙂👍

Very good service. I was nervous about the procedure having not had a good experience previously. However Jacqui put me at my ease, was very gentle and I now have clear ears and hearing with no water needed. I also like that the clinic will check your ears, with no charge if nothing needs doing. This means I won’t need to let things build up again. Definitely recommend and the fee is competitive too.

Cannot thank you enough for your kindness and excellent treatment at Wimborne. What a relief it is to hear clearly again.

The whole process of booking an appointment and the subsequent experience was smooth, painless and effective. It was easy to book the appointment online. On the day I received a friendly and efficient welcome from Helen the receptionist and then Helen Green the nurse carried out the microsuction in a calm, efficient but patient-sensitive way. All very professional and I would definitely use them again.

I visited as my ears felt blocked and have stopped using cotton buds to clean my ears a couple of years ago. My appointment was with the most energetic, bubbly and down to earth lady, Jacquie.

Jacquie was welcoming and her professionalism was outstanding. I did not need microsuction in the end but checking my inner ear, she realised my ears were not equalising well. Jacquie recommended a device to alleviate this which was much appreciated. No fee as no suction required, just for the device to help with my inner ear.

Overall, an absolutely positive, friendly and professional experience and I will definitely return in the future.
