I recently had my ears dewaxed and was very pleased with the service, All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

I booked in for this on line after having a long period of dull hearing to my left side and regularly blocking if wet.
I’m so glad I did, quickly booked in by Stella and soon brought in for an examination by Jacquie.
Stella found and removed a large blockage on my left side and suddenly I could hear properly again. I wish I had booked in for this a long time ago, now I shall come more regularly, just to monitor them or treat them as necessary. Both staff were lovely and I send my thanks to them. One drawback is that I will be able to hear my wife moaning at me, whereas before I could live in ignorant bliss.

The Private Ear Clinic in Wimborne fitted my hearing aids in May 2023. Previously I tried NHS aids for well over a year, but had found them cumbersome, and there seemed to be little benefit. The aids from the Clinic remained in place due to using wire instead of tubes, the recharge system was preferable to batteries, and the sound quality was noticeably better.

They worked perfectly for 13 months, but in June 2024 failed completely and had to be returned. By January of this year I had returned them a further four times. It had been a large financial commitment, and as the problems continued I became increasingly concerned that I might have made a mistake, particularly as the warranty was due to run out in May of this year. Then, in the same month they were replaced free of charge with the next generation Unitron aids. These are under warranty until 2030.

Throughout the initial sales period and the ensuing difficulties Sarah gave an exemplary service, keeping me fully informed and assuring me that the matter would be resolved. I will be seeing her again in July for our six-month check.

I was seen on time. The clinician was courteous, friendly and clearly proficient. I was very satisfied with the outcome, and would have no hesitation recommending the clinic to others.

Blocked ears are not pleasant, thankfully they are now clear thanks to you .

I have used other companies before finding The Private Ear Clinic, and none of them have provided such excellent service as this one.
The receptionists are welcoming and friendly, and Sara Kent( my audiologist) is the best of the best. She is so helpful and knowledgable, and is dedicated to making sure you are 100% happy before you leave your appointment. The ongoing support is amazing.

The friendliest, professional setting! Took my disabled, elderly dad - they helped from the moment we arrived outside the premises- helping me get him inside. The fact that I phoned at 15.15pm on a Friday, the same afternoon I had an appointment at 16.00. The receptionist is extremely pleasant! Stephanie,who check my ears was Amazing!! Very gentle put you at ease straight away. Even though she didnt find any thing wrong, there was going to be no charge! Except for the initial 1st consultation. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I had been putting off dealing with my poor hearing for many years, the private ear clinic were fantastic at diagnosing whats wrong with my ears, two issues one that is easily fixed and the other longer term fix. Having done the easy short term fix my hearing is better than it has been for many years. A brilliant experience.

After an appointment with my doctor they recommended The Private Ear Clinic in Wimborne ASAP to get to the bottom of my problem. After a phone call they were able to book me in the next day. Stephanie was my nurse and she was wonderful and treated my ear with a kind and professional attitude.

Very efficient, very friendly. Was offered an appointment for the following day. The nurse was very informative of everything she would be doing with the new method of micro suction. Thoroughly recommend.

My appointment was at the Wimborne branch for the removal of ear wax. I was treated by Stephanie who carried out the procedure in a very professional and friendly manner. Initially, she explained the whole process and then gave a step-by-step commentary throughout to keep me informed.

For both ears the treatment lasted for approximately 20 minutes and at the end my hearing had been returned to normal.

The only drawback is that I can now hear my wife calling for me from a much greater distance!

Friendly, warm staff who spent time explaining what they were going to do, and the results of the hearing test. I was made to feel very welcome and they listened to my concerns. Sarah spent time talking through the hearing test results and answered all my questions.

My experience was entirely satisfactory and agreeable. The lady who treated me was very reassuring and explained all that was entailed leaving me comfortable and feeling that I was in competent, knowledgable hands.

My brother in law always spoke well of the Wimborne Private Ear Clinic. I felt for a while my hearing was not as good as it was. I booked in for a full NHS free hearing test. My whole experience was very positive. The receptionist was very welcoming. Sarah who did my test was lovely. She was cheerful, which made me relax. She explained everything very clearly. I would definitely recommend the Private Ear Clinic to everyone.

Been to the clinic once before at the recommendation of my brother about a year ago. Yesterday, I managed to arrange an appointment at short notice.

I wear hearing aids in both ears which create a wax problem every so often. On my first visit, I was a bit nervous about microsuction but learnt quickly it was not an issue.

On both occasions, staff have been pleasance and helpful. Stephanie yesterday answered my questions and solved my problem very quickly. Many thanks all.
