Very efficient and friendly operator. Cleaned the ears without any trouble. A pleasant experience.

Have tried seversl different clinics for ear wax removal and have found this one to be the best; perhaps they have better kit.
Have never felt disappointed here, also service efficient and friendly.

Overall I am very happy with my experience. I had an ear check & needed wax removed from 1 ear, then had a hearing test (it's been several years since I had checks). I rang to book my appointments with Reception, the lady was very professional & accommodating for when I was available. On arrival, greeted by a lovely friendly lady at reception. My appointment ran on time. The Audiologist explained the process to me, and we discussed the results of my test. I would recommend booking here to anyone. My husband also uses this Clinic and he is always happy with the service he gets.

After trying to sort out a build up of wax in my ears, I got an appointment the same day. I just wanted to thank this company so much . They are amazing. The price was really good too . Thankyou ever so much . Would recommend to anyone .

I have used this clinic for many years. The treatment room is clean and hygienic with more advanced instruments to clear the wax than in the high street shops. Jacqui is friendly and skilled.

Always an excellent service for ear wax removal

I sent an e mail early on Monday asking if they could fit me in, and gave various days when I was available. I had a telephone call at 13-30, advising me they could not fit me in for any of those days. Then asked me if I was free at 14-40,which I was, so had my ears syringed and my hearing aid problem all fixed in under 40 mins. Where else could you get such amazing personal service with the most wonderful staff, If your'e thinking of going anywhere please try them first, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve used this service a number of times now. The service is always first class and the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. I would unhesitatingly recommend them all.

Emma was incredible with my 7 year old. I wish we had found her years ago. My son had wax which had probably been there since he was 4 when we last sought NHS and private help but got nowhere. It took 3 attempts of patient, encouraging care to get it out, but at no additional cost. His hearing has noticeably improved and we are all delighted.

I am a regular user of this facility. I always receive very good service in a friendly but professional way. The procedure is straightforward and Jacquie always explains what she is doing.

Friendly team. I did not have any wax but it was clearly explained why I may be getting discomfort in my ear. I was given options of how to move forward.

As always they sorted out the problem that somewhere else didn’t.
Excellent service

Very easy to book. On my arrival at the required time there was no waiting and the reception was very friendly and professional. My ears were inspected and wax removed - very quick and no discomfort! When my ears need checking again I will certainly return to Better Ears. Thank you!
