Prise en charge par le chauffeur dès mon arrivée à Izmir, ma consultante Veda toujours au petit soin du début jusqu’à ce jour .

Hôtel très convenable et très bien placé, navette entre l’hôtel et le cabinet au top.

J’ai réalisé des couronnes avec un dentiste super méticuleux et d’une douceur incroyable je n’ai absolument rien ressenti comme douleur même lors de l’extraction d’une ancienne racine.

J’ai également pu mettre des implants et malgré la peur tout s’est absolument bien passé et toujours sans douleur.

Mon resultat est juste MAGNIFIQUE !!!

Je recommande à 1000% cette clinique et encore un grand merci à Veda pour le suivi.

My treatment consisted of 8 implants and 26 crowns. All went according to the plan and my expectations. Fully professional and friendly service. There were mild complications after returning home but I wasn’t left on my own. Treatment was continued. In my opinion European dentists should learn from their Turkish colleagues . Special thanks to medical consultant Fatih who looks after you better than a mother ;)

From the moment I decided to get my teeth done, I looked at lots of clinics in Turkey, but Prime Dental was the best! Ege the health consultant from the beginging, was so organized and helpful, calling me to discuss the procdure, arranging transfers to hotel and clinic, speaking to my dentist Dr Ali ( he speaks perfect English!). I had quite extensive treatment ( 28 crowns and 10 implants) and had 2 visits, but I couldnt be happier with my treatment and my new teeth! On my 2nd vist I met Fatih also a health consultant, who also helped with my treatment from playing nice soul music in the treatment room to getting my first Burger! All the staff are friendly and welcoming . If you thinking of having dental treatment 100% recomend prime. Friends and family are so impressed with my experience, my daughter is going in May!

Mon séjour a duré 5 jours. Du début à la fin, l’équipe a été aux petits soins. Ils sont très doux et à l’écoute des besoins.

Veda ma traductrice est d’une gentillesse incroyable et vraiment passionnée dans son travail. Elle m’a accompagnée dans chaque étape de mon séjour. Elle est restée joignable à chaque fois, douce et très professionnelle.

Le dentiste Ozdemir a été exceptionnel, vraiment minutieux et il a cœur qu’on soit vraiment satisfait du résultat. En sachant que j’ai mis 28 couronnes en zirconium, il a su me rassurer quand à la douleur des extractions et au limage des dents.

Ça été avant tout, une expérience humaine incroyable. Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe qui offre un service luxueux. On a l’impression d’être une star et c’est le cas, on ressort avec un magnifique sourire.

Je suis pleinement satisfaite et ça va au delà de mes attentes!

I found Prime dental via Instagram and after looking through their smile gallery and reading various testimonials from clients I decided to get in touch for a consultation. After having a very detailed and thorough chat with one of the team members Ege, I forwarded onto him my dental X-Ray and made some photos for the team to examine. He got back to me very quickly with a few detailed treatment plans and ultimately we came to a decision for my treatment.

After making my decision I was contacted by Fatih - Prime's patient service representative. This guy is a LEGEND!!! he booked all of my airport transfers, hotel, ground transportation and most importantly was always available 24/7 so i felt really at home.

I arrived in Izmir and was greeted by my driver holding a sign with my name on. picked up in a lovely clean luxury car so the transfer was very comfortable. The hotel was also very clean and all of the staff there very friendly.

The first day i visited Prime Dental's HQ i was blown away! It was much more than i expected...Very modern architecture and technically at a very very high standard if not better than my NHS dentist in the UK.

I am a very nervous patient but Dr Ozdemir & Dr Koldas made me feel very calm and most importantly ensured my treatment was pain free!!! many thanks to them again for having such patience with an OCD patient like myself.

Dr Ozdemir went above and beyond to make sure my crowns looked and felt as natural as possible, paying attention to every single detail! he is a very very skilled aesthetic dentist and from what I could gather takes great pride in his job - his magic has made my teeth shine.

Dr Koldas took care of my extractions and Implants - the guy is a beast! quite possibly the quickest/efficient dental surgeon I have ever had met - I felt no pain whilst he was operating and before you know it i had all my implants done and the treatment was finished!

5 days later my crowns and implants were completed - I cannot wait to return in a few months to finish my treatment because already I am very very happy with the results! I am not usually a person who reviews places but these guys deserve much more recognition, I can highly recommend these guys and their centre. Thanks for the 5* service - teşekkür ederim :)

My experience with Prime Dental Turkey was EXCELLENT from start to finish! My initial contact with my Coordinator Ege via WhatsApp was very professional and swift. We started off with a Consultation where I initially described what I would like to achieve with regard to my teeth cosmetically and dental health wise. I sent in my photographs as advised and a quotation for the cost was sent back to me which I was very pleased with. I paid a deposit and was given information via email of the breakdown of treatment and total cost. Treatment plan was emailed to me. I booked my flights and confirmed with Ege to which he responded with an itinerary. I arrived in Izmir and airport transfer vehicle was there to pick me up very luxurious vehicle and professional service. The hotel accommodation was just perfect, staff were friendly, polite and professional. When I arrived at Prime Dental Turkey the next day I met the wonderful Dr. Egemen, he alleviated any fears I had previously had about going to the dentist, he asked me what I wanted to achieve and he then explained all that can be done and how the process will take place. I was very satisfied with the plan so we proceeded with the treatment plan which was all inclusive of X-rays, extractions, root canal treatment and my smile makeover using Zirconium Crowns. The treatment was over 5 days. It was painless just slight sensitivity which was very manageable. My entire experience was seamless!!! My experience at Prime dental was the best, bar none. The planning, consultation and implementation was seamless. My coordinator Ege went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met in and outside the office. I arrived with all sorts of painkillers which turned to be unnecessary as it turned the actual procedure to my surprise was painless(for me). This is a very organized company and I absolutely love my results and will 100% recommend!

I made teeth whitening and my husband all on 4 implants. We are happy about the results. The doctors are real professionals, we met personally with Dr. Mehmet Ali Koldas and Dr. Egemen Özdemir. They are very trustful and respectful. The Clinic is well equipped and clean. Happy to made this treatment with PrimeDent because we had a very nice holiday in Izmir.

I had 20x Zırconıum Veneers with Prime Dental, to be honest ı was expecting painful and exhausting process but the Ege was my consultant and he explained all clearly, even though my pain tolerance is low, pain level was very low also. Right after the operation ı started to eat regular and there was no problem.

My smile design operation was completed in 5days. This 5 days were very comfy. It was like a vacation for me. I visited many places in Izmir. I must say that Izmir is a very warm city. My airport transfer and accommodation had arranged by Prime. I quite pleased with my new smile and the process.

I didn't pay anything extra except for Turkish Kebab :)

I contacted Prime Dental Turkey on Instagram and they were quite responsive as our communication went smooth. Health consultant of the Prime Dental asnwered all of my questions and they quickly completed my consultation. Most of the clinics suggested complicated treatment plans like all on six but they told to me that it will not necessary for me. I decided to have 7 implants with 28 porcelain veneers. There was a lot of infected teeth and gaps in my mounth. They managed to complete my treatment in 10 days with 2 visits and I feel perfect now. Thanks to Prime team and Ege for dealing with my requests and treatment. Totally recommended!
