Iam very happy about the results. First of all, thanks to Fatih for his support and management. All in all the whole trip was very easy. You dont need to plan anything. Fatih will take care and recommand you all the important things. The treatment was very professional. The clinic is highly modern and the doctors are very good. Iam from germany and i never felt uncomfortable. They use high end equipment and take care of you so that you dont need to worry about the results. Big thanks again.

My name is Denise Benjamin and I am a Proud Client of Prime Dental. I am so thankful I made the decision to go to Izmir, Turkey to get my smile makeover. The process was so simple, and would normally taken months was done in less than a week.

The staff was friendly snd professional. The process from start to finish was easy.

My travel Coordinator Faith, made my travel plans that much easier. Bacin was also helpful in reviewing my dental files and advising me on my photos of my teeth to get me ready for my procedure when I arrive in Izmir.

This was my first time in Turkey so it was nice to have a Coordinator like Faith handling my travel plans, arranging the taxis to and from the airport, booking my hotel stay and my appointments and taxis to and from the dental office. In addition, Faith provided advice and guidance to
make my stay comfortable.

The Dentist, Uğur was also amazing, he knows his crafts. He did an outstanding job with my teeth.

The following corrections were done:
Teeth whitening, to brighten my discolored teeth;
Porcelain veneers, which layer of porcelain that are placed over existing teeth that have flaws, such as chips or discolored spots.

I don’t know how Dr. Uğur corrected my misaligned teeth; but my teeth looked like I was wearing braces.
He is such a protectionist, he would not let you leave his chair until your teeth was perfectly measured and aligned.

For the first time in my life I have a perfect smile. I am truly happy and thankful with the outstanding service I received from the Team at Prime Dental.

I am so pleased with their service that I already highly recommended Prime Dental to friends and family members.

I give Prime Dental a 5 star rating all the way through, from their first correspondence to you to the final drop off at the airport.
My patient service representative, Fatih, was both helpful and patient in answering all my questions, from visa acquisition to rescheduling my visit when I could not find a flight for the initial appointment. He made sure of my comfort at both the hotel and the clinic and ensured that my transportation between the hotel and the clinic flowed seamlessly.
Finally, for my dentist, Doctor Uğur, and his team, who I believe is a perfectionist based on how he insisted that the final fitting and looked met both my vision and his expertise. The whole team worked tirelessly to ensure you walk out of the clinic satisfied and with a beautiful smile. I cannot say thank you enough to your dedication to a job well done. J'ai accompagné ma maman pour des implants. Veda a Organisé notre arrivé, l'hébergement dans un super hôtel... Arrivé à Izmir nous avons été accueilli par Yigit qui s'est occupé d'organiser les rendez vous, traduction, qui nous à également proposé des endroits à fréquenter, visites, restaurants,sorties... Et qui s'assure a longueur de journée si notre journée se passe bien. Il a meme pris de son temps pour m'accompagner faire quelques petites course🙏🏿

Quand jai vu l'organisation et l'équipe qui a réussit à me mettre en confiance j'ai voulu moi même en profiter pour quelques soins. Ege ma tout de suite trouvé un créneaux pour que je puisse être reçus.

Le Docteur Mehmet Ali a posé les implants, le Docteur Ugur Dursu lui s'est occupé de la prothèse. Ils ont été formidable !!! Comment vous dire que après plusieurs années de galère ma mere a enfin trouvé des docteurs à l'écoute, patient et doux.. elle en a pleuré de joies car elle n'y croyait plus. j'ai moi même eu les larmes au yeux de voir ma mère si heureuse.

Sans oublier la maman du Dr Mehmet 🙏🏿

Yiğit qui est très à l’écoute et patient il est très gentil et attention.
Ege qui est très professionnel surtout très gentil également et très présent.
Le docteur Egemen qui a fait mes dents est très rassurant, très relaxant il sait écouter et donner de bon conseils , je me suis vite senti en sécurité avec lui et pour finir Veda qui a tout organiser, sa patience son professionnalisme sa gentillesse même après l’intervention pour savoir si tout allait bien, elle est superbe .

From start to finish I have no faults from the clinic. I came out to turkey on my own everyone was very welcoming, warm and . Fatih was on hand 24/7 to make sure I had no issue and also arranged all of my travel. I kept informed every step of the way and what was going on with my treatment. I’m soo happy with my treatment and glad I got it done at this clinic. Any one thinking of getting there teeth done I say come to this clinic you will be looked after

Je n’étais pas sereine avant d’y aller. Parce que j’ai des notions d’anglais mais vraiment pas top.
Mais avant mon arrivée je pouvais poser toutes sortes de questions ( j’avais des réponses)
Puis à mon arrivée, et tout le long de mon séjour tout sait super bien passé.
Veda qui parle français, s’est occupé de tout. Elle m’a accompagné tout le long de mon séjour ( très professionnel, très disponible et très gentille )
Dr. Egemen s’est occupé de mes dents, excellent boulot 👌🏽 vraiment très à l’écoute, très minutieux, très gentil,…
Les locales très propre, l’équipe du Dr Egemen est aussi tres accueillante.
Franchement je vous recommande les yeux fermés

My experience with prime dental Turkey was great, I can’t complain…their treatment room was very clean and they play me some nice African music in the treatment room, the workers over there are sweets ones and they speak good english. Fatih was soo helpful me, and he was always ready anytime I need answers,I wanted to do Botox and Ege took me there, they are always welling to help and that’s soo nice of them.My dentist was soo gentle with my teeth and he was soo professional.I love my result…it turns out very beautiful and I’m always getting compliments.Thank you prime dental Turkey..XXX Erny❤️

To start of my journey with Prime Dental I was talking to Fatih, over WhatsApp who works at the branch. He made me feel very safe welcome and ensured me that I’ve chosen the right clinic and the right procedure. Upon reaching Turkey, he had also arranged for taxis to take me to and from the clinic free of charge. He also took it upon himself to play my choice of music while I was getting my procedure done which was very heartfelt. The dentists at prime dental know exactly what they are doing and carry out the procedure according to their dental expertise which is always very important. Upon finishing the procedure Fatih ensured No problems arose while I went back to my hotel and made sure I was safe and sound. In the clinic Everything was clean and the communication was amazing. Not to mention the clinic was absolutely beautiful and in a very nice part of Izmir.

My experience was perfect. I’ve had all the time contact with Fatih who I can contact all day for all my questions. He was very kind and helpful. Dr Ozdemir did a great job and was also very kind. I didn’t have pain. I would definitely recommend.

J’ai effectué cette expérience il y a juste quelques semaines et honnêtement j’avais beaucoup d’appréhensions avant d’entamer la pose de facettes dentaires en Turquie. C’était la première fois pour moi que j’effectuais des soins dentaires en dehors de la France. Je stressais beaucoup avant le voyage et l’opération. J’avais peur que mes nouvelles dents ne me plaisent pas mais en même temps je voulais me débarasser de mon complexe. Que dire à part que cela a été une expérience formidable et un voyage rempli de paix et de bonheur. Izmir et la Turquie déjà sont des lieux chaleureux et accueillants et la Clinique Prime Dental Turkey reflète parfaitement cet état d’esprit. J’ai été suivi plus particulièrement par Veda (mon consultant dentaire) et le chirurgien Egemen Ozdemir. Ils sont été géniaux, à l’écoute de mes attentes et nombreux caprices LOL. Veda m’a poussé vers cette belle aventure dans laquelle je suis ressortie transformée et satisfaite de mon sourire. Elle m’a aidé une fois arrivée à Izmir à pouvoir profiter de la ville durant mes 4 jours d’intervention. Le chirurgien Egemen a aussi fait un super boulot, il est méthodique, précis et super talentueux. Sans compter qu’à votre arrivée vous bénéficiez d’un transfert VIP et êtes logés dans un très bon hôtel.
