Je suis très satisfait du résultat de mes nouvelles dents. Merci a la clinique prime dental turkey, ils se sont occupé du voyage de A à Z
Enorme merci au docteur Ali Berk Akyüz et son assistante Zekiye, mes dents sont génial comme je les imaginer.
Enfin un très grand merci à Yigit qui m'a aider tout le long du séjour en tant que traducteur.

Where to start...
The entire communication prior to my appointment was handled with care and in a timely manner mainly by Gökay.

I was picked up at the airport (I came all the way from Houston, Texas), transported to the hotel and everything went smoothly and the hotel is beautiful (staff at hotel is also top notch btw).

The first day:
I was picked up at the hotel and brought over to the clinic. It's very clean and tastefully decorated. I was greeted and finally met Gökay, Ümit (handles all social media) and my dentist Ugur with his lovely assistant Kardelen.
Ümit started taking before pictures, which made me uncomfortable (who likes going to a dentist?), but he made me feel calm and collected and ensured me at all times that I have nothing to worry about and nothing will be posted without my consent.

When it came to my first treatment, Gökay was always with me and comforted me at all times.

Here comes the doc, Ugur. He discussed the entire procedure prior with me before we began and was open to all questions. Note that I am terrified of needles and he had to give me a local anesthetic. He hid the needle from me, so I wouldn't panic. And it worked like a charm. At no point in time was I scared or distressed.
Kardelen kindly dabbed my face with a paper towel when I was drooling due to the anesthesia (keeping my make up even in tact!).
They had some fun music on which warmed up the place making it feel less like a cold clinic but more like a place you were able to relax and almost enjoying getting dental work done.

Needless to say, every recurring appointment was just as pleasant if not even better if possible.

Kardelen, the young lady, on my last appointment, told me that she didn't want to finish the job per se, because that would mean that I won't have to come back. This stuck with me as it shows the level of care they have for all their patients.
Ugur, the amazing doc, would always have a positive attitude making sure to discuss every step with me and ensuring that I get exactly what I wanted and asked for. And thanks to him I can confidently smile as my teeth are purely perfect.

There is so much more I could say about the clinic and the entire team, but one should see for themselves. They have all gone above and beyond in all their services.

It's almost sad that my procedure was completed, as I don't associate the clinic with a generic and cold dentist office but more with an incredibly warm place with people that care about you and your needs.

I left with the perfect smile and I can whole heartedly recommend Prime Dental without any hesitation.

Ugur, Gökay, Ümit and Kardelen, I will miss all of you, as you all have restored my faith in dentists and also in humanity.
I will forever cherish the experience and think about it whenever I smile.

Der Service war überdurchschnittlich gut und die Menschen, die dort arbeiten, sind sehr freundlich. Es wurde sich die Zeit genommen, die für einen optimalen Behandlungserfolg notwendig ist. My experience was exceptionally pleasing- the transportation from the airport to the hotel was seamless , checking in the hotel room was easy- they scheduled my dental appointment the next day, they had transportation pick me up from the hotel to the clinic,I felt very comfortable with everyone at the clinic. The clinic is very clean and modernized . I expressed my wishes and they go above and beyond for a close to perfect results - I am scheduled to go back in 3-4 months to finalized my implants that was included in my total cost- I would recommend Prime Dental Turkey without reservations - Btw I am thrilled with my results and can’t want for my final implants to complete my smiles🤩

La clinique c’est occupé du voyage de À à Z de la réservation de l’hôtel en passant par le transfert VIP pour tout les rendez-vous . J’ai passé un séjour formidable en leur compagnie ils sont accueillant bien veillant et répondent à toute les questions . Mes dents sont génial et comme je les imaginer .

The level of care and attentiveness was incomparable. I was nervous coming from the US to Turkey, but they made me feel so welcomed. I love my teeth! I’m about four months in and haven’t had any complaints! I get compliments daily on my smile! Explore Turkey while you’re there!

Excellent services this dental clinic staff members made sure my journey was very smooth. They communicated with me every step of the way from my appointment to when I got home from my teeth whitening treatments. They make sure I made it home safely. My name is Hakeem popularly known as Segungele, I flew in from Houston Texas USA to Izmir for the best experience ever.
From the time I reached out to Kardelen (patient consultant) to when I was assigned Gokey as my Coordinator who assisted and guided me through out my stay in Izmir made the whole experience worth it. A lot of times people are afraid or concerned to travel for medical proceedings due to lots of unknowns but I can tell you these ones at Prime Dental Turkey are totally different. The love they exhibit towards total strangers (patients) is unbelievable. They cared for me so much I forgot about my fears and entrusted them with my safety (I think I need to mention that). Dr Ugur was my Dentist who I will recommend to everyone, he is personable, loveable and very professional. A perfectionist to the core who sent my Crowns back to the lab 2ce because it wasn't giving him the vibe he envisioned for my smile. He was more concerned about the aesthetics even when I felt it looked perfect and wanted to go home already. My Implants were done by Dr Mehmeh Ali (Surgeon), who exhibited same traits of professionalism as Dr Ugur in no time I was done without NO PAIN which was my greatest fears. I would recommend Prime Dental Turkey to anyone who wants QUALITY OVER QUANTITY with THE BEST EXPERIENCE

Franchement je suis partir de très très loin au niveau de mes dents . C’est vraiment pas facile .
Ils ont fais du très bon travailler au niveau de mes implants jusqu’à mes couronnes . Merci énormément vous avez accomplie mon rêve depuis 8 ans j’ai économiser et je suis sincèrement pas déçu du résultat . C’est totalement mieux de ce que j’attendais . Vous avez eu la patience et vous avez su me rassurer jusqu’à la fin . Je suis tellement heureuse . Dommage que mon vol était hyper tôt le matin j’aurais aimer revenir pour un dernier petit contrôle . Malgré ça je suis contente et heureuse . Que Dieu vous bénisse vous tous abondamment . Je recommande fortement cette clinique dentaire . Je suis une personne difficile . I came in from New York on quick notice and the team fit me into their packed schedule. The team took care of me the entire trip and never hesitated to cater to my needs and make the experience pleasant. As for my new smile Dr. Egemen gave me the super natural smile I thought may not be possible to recreate with veneers. Would recommend him to everyone. His assistants were very nice. Gokay took care of all my matters whenever I had an issue and Umit was fun to work with too. I’ll always recommend Prime Dental to anyone interested in a new smile.

Dr. Egemen was very patient addressing my concerns, he took his time to educate me on the aesthetics and overall health of my enamel. We made a last minute change to my original plan without any additional cost because he was more concerned about his art and my happiness. Gokay and everyone at the clinic were very warm and friendly. Overall, I am happy with my new smile.

Me and my husband traveled to prime dental from England and so glad we picked this dentist we are so happy with our new smile.
