Easy to order. Good value for money
Kept informed of progress of my order and delivery.

Honestly the sofa was so quick! Amazing service, I phoned before ordered as I needed some more information on a sofa. The gentleman answered right away, so polite. My sofa is ABSOLUTELY stunning. I’m in love with it!!

Good communication from the company. If I had a query, I emailed them and got a call back within a couple of hours. Really polite and helpful delivery guys too!

Excellent customer service from start to finish even delivery drivers very friendly. Kept me updated all the delivery date also time ..Brought sofa in unpacked and took all packaging away with them...Would definitely recommend this company..10/10... 👌

Absolutely stunning sofa couldnt think of anything better, smashing delivery Sam was so helpful full setup and delivierd upstairs to my aparment. Really made my place feel like a home

Great product … nice suite
Delivery was a little confusing but got there in the end…. Communication was exemplary

"I'm absolutely thrilled with this sofa! The cushions are incredibly comfortable and supportive, and they bounce right back – no sagging at all. The fabric feels high-quality, and the whole sofa seems very well-made. Plus, it was a fantastic price for such a great piece of furniture. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new sofa, and I'd absolutely use this company again! The only downside was the lack of communication with the delivery driver – a little more notice would have been appreciated."

I bought a 2 seater sofa a
and armchair yesterday afternoon, an it was delivered this afternoon. My old suite was carried downstairs ready for disposal as was the packaging put in the bins.
My only critique is that when I purchased the items it said 7 to 10 days Delivery, so I planned to have the old sofas out to hoover and clean the carpets before delivery That wasn't going to happen was it.
All good, thanks Primal Furnishings

Great sofa , great price , and the delivery was with few days really service all-round

Great experience with communication from this company, nothing was too much trouble and I’m really pleased with my sofa. It’s comfortable and what I expected, fits perfectly in my lounge. Overall would use again and recommend to others. Really impressed, and the boys that delivered it were friendly and helped me take it upstairs as I live alone in a flat. Thank you primal

Was told item would be delivered within 7 /10 and it was. On day of delivery company had a problem with their vehicle, however they did guarantee it would be here. They kept us informed of the delay and their estimated delivery time. Due to traffic the delivery time had to change but we were informed at every stage. The delivery men were very helpful and apologetic for the delay when they got to us at 9.30pm.

Great price quality sofa helpful staff
What more can I say

Costumer service great very helpful and lovely! Couch is lovely but the cushions will not last long it's like they are not big enough and go right in when you sit on them and it makes the covers very loose! their not very good quality for lasting so I may end up paying out for more but frame of couch very good

The furniture I ordered was excellent and exactly what the pictures displayed. The delivery guy was friendly, helpful and very polite…..I was extremely impressed by the whole experience.

Sofa is really comfortable when we put it together. Great value for money the only downside is the packaging.

Amazing communication and FANTASTIC delivery service! Quality is outstanding! Will definitely recommend to others 👌 🌟

amazing customer service and I love my new furniture

Great suite, better than we atticipated Great quality and delived quicker than expected. Would buy again fromvPrimalfurnishing. AAA+

Very nice sofa

Delivery issues meant the mattress arrived very late in the day and only one man delivered it which meant my husband who has a bad back had to assist to get it inside. I had an evening commitment and could not wait any longer for the delivery. We finally got our bed made at 11.30pm!
