Sofa looks great, great quality, could not have asked for much more! Also the boys who also delivered it were fantastic, proper nice lads, kept in contact when they were stuck in traffic and brought the sofa in for me no hassle.. 10/10 service!

Great guys getting it into the house for us.
Couldn't ask for more

Lovely sofa! Very comfy, delivery was a bit more awkward then expected, heard nothing for a week after ordering then got a call to say delivery the same day between 2-5. But delivery went smoothly and answered when I contacted them.

Superb sofa delivery great really happy

The staff in the shop was very polite and made sure that my order was full filled and the deliver was super fast and the sofas are amazing and great.

Fantastic customer service. My sofa is amazing. So comfy and exactly what I’ve been looking for. Delivery drivers were brilliant and very helpful

I ordered a 3 and 2 seater sofa on the 1st of August from the shop in erdington and they delivered it the very nxt day ,really well packaged , they unwrapped it for me set it up where I wanted it and took all the packaging away ,helpful and friendly !! Definitely recommend them 👍

First sent me the wrong sofa now they have both ripped after a year and half of having it

Excellent customer service and communication. They were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule TWICE even at last minute.

Great quality at affordable cost.

Really pleased with my purchase of the sofas. Delivered as promised and within the timeframe advised. The delivery guys were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. They assembled the sofas and positioned them where I wanted them placed. So reassuring dealing with a professional company with excellent customer service and staff. Highly recommended.

Very impressive with the whole process of ordering and delivery. Very helpful with answering ally questions on the layout off the sofa; via messenger. Was unsure of what corner left or right to order. Sent a picture on a Sunday and got an immediate response. Always very friendly and helpful. Finally placed order on Friday; got a phone call on Sunday morning; should you like your delivery early afternoon. WOW amazing delivery. The drivers where super polite and brought everything in where we wanted it to go. The sofa came all wrapped in cardboard and plastic; no issues with anything. The quality is fantastic and we are very pleased. Best of all is the price is truly brilliant compared to the retail park super stores. If you are considering purchasing from Primal furnishings we would 100% recommend.
