Ordered on the 21st now the 6th the only thing that they done was take my money no tracking number tried to cancel they told me too late to cancel but they have not shipped going to turn them in to bbb and contact the attorney generals office in the morning don’t order from these scammers

the product is to say the least useless, does not do any thing it is suppoosed to

Vorsicht! Die Brille, die ich erhalten habe, ist kompletter Schrott. Schlechte Verarbeitung, billigstes Material und völlig unbrauchbar.
Für mich eine klare Fehlentscheidung – ich werde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen.
Für mich ist das Betrug.

After ordering the PrimaFocus I read all the negative reviews on Trustpilot. So concerned with all the negative reviews I called my bank about the possibilty product was a scam.
The PrimaFocus 'glasses' arrived as promised. Yes they are more flimsy than the £60 would would reflect, yet for my purposes, being inbetween 2 cataract procedures 6-8 weeks apart) this product has allowed me to see out of both eyes at the same time clearly. I could not find another solution to being able to see distance other than a pair of binoculars, hardly viable.
So are they a permanent answer to seeing, probably not, but the PrimaFocus product has allowed me to see for now and that has some merit thus my 4* review.

I paid for expedited shipping a week ago and still no tracking number has been issued. I requested they cancel my order and refund me but I get no response. I am turning them into the Federal Trade Commission and my lawyer. This is nothing but a scam.

Poor product, avoidant and absent customer services. Negate on their return promise. No refund process.

Total scam....ordered two pairs months ago and nothing was delivered. Tried to contact vendor at their email address and my enquiry was returned as undeliverable.
Avoid these thieves.Do not get scammed

My opinion is BEWARE: Flimsy, cheap & made no difference whatsoever - now in landfill. My opinion is don't waste your money!

Great Shop and great comunication. Top stuff. Very kind and caring people. My parcel got stuck in shipping somewhere.. got a full refund, God bless them!

Das ist ein unseriöse Unternehmer.
Fassung ist ausgemacht Plastik niedrigste Qualität. Die Einstellung funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Die Optikfolien sind derart unnstabiel, sieht nach Produktion aus alten Einwegflaschen. Mit hilfe einen Heußluftvöhn wurde die Wölbung geschaffen.
Und das bei drei Brillen.
Etuis sind nicht besser.
Wie kommt man auf dem Preis 1240.28Euro, dann kommt der Grosszügige Nachlas von 1075.47

I placed an order with them at their advertised Black Friday deal, only to discover that they automatically added items that I didn't want. I contacted their customer service and requested that my order be cancelled. They replied that it had already been shipped and that they would help me return the product after I received it. This is unacceptable from any company that has any respect for their customer base or potential customers. Their way of doing business is wrong and I hope that nobody gets caught by them again. I know for a fact that it will cost me money just to return the glasses and this is not the end that you will hear from me. Once I find out what their supposed help is concerned, I will make another review to inform more people about this company's behaviour and extremely poor service. Also, how can a company, that has not yet received the money, tell a customer that the product has already shipped. This is all lies that they use to force an individual to accept the product without protest and they hope that you will keep your mouth shut about their dishonesty towards people who would like to buy the products that they sell. I hope that people will stop buying from this seller after reading this first review. More to follow.

This company took an extra £25 from my account. The glasses arrived after 13 days they are rubbish it looks like i am looking through frosted glasses they are flimsy and not worth trying

DO NOT BUY! A scam!!
They are poor quality and don't do what they claim to do.
They promised me a refund and never did.
Also they have 5 star reviews on their own website which are all obvious fake looking at reviews on here.

Wish I'd read these reviews before falling victim to this scam. Glasses are totally unfit for purpose and not at all as advertised. Flimsy cheap toys. I'm surprised this firm is still allowed to continue advertising. DO NOT BUY, IT'S A SCAM.

Verkäufer sitzen in Litauen wo eigentlich europäische Recht gilt.

The specs I ordered were absolutely no good whatsoever.When I started the refund process it was an awful experience .I am devastated that I have literally had £131 stolen from me.The last connection was an email telling me to send photos(again) and start again.

Look very cheap.they say for long and short distance it's a joke seen better in £1 shops don't be tricked in to buying like I was. Still trying to get a refund £29 please be warned.

If I could give no stars, I would! Absolutely shite! Do not buy this crap! Rip off merchants stay well clear!

The glasses are garbage. I did not expect much just hoped they might be useful as reserve. They are not. They are totally useless. Cheap trash and as translucent as a bear’s bum hole. They can not be focused at any distance.

Got these glasses after a couple of weeks. They are absolutely useless to say the least. The sort of rubbish that one would expect to receive in a cornflakes packet. The only way this deceitful company could sell them would be long distance through the internet. Steer clear of them!
