Consumer reports have given them 5 star rating that’s FRAUDULENT. I placed an order with $39.99 as the total for pair of reading glasses then I got a confirmation email stating the total $145 would be charged. I Did NOT tick the box for extended warranty charge but it was added FRAUDULENTLY. This company was reported to Trading Standards. I made a CANCELLATION REQUEST by email not 5 minutes from order, they refused saying it’s been shipped already. I contacted Amex and asked for a charge back.

I made a CANCELLATION REQUEST by email not 5 minutes from order, they refused. I contacted PayPal and my bank and asked for a chargeback but PayPal partially refunded £29.99.
ALL financial companies including PayPal and credit card companies must comply with Consumer credit act article 75. I was told by PayPal that the refund was a gesture of "good will"
