Went for ear wax removal and staff was very friendly and professional she explained everything before she started will be going back when I need it doing again

I took my Aunt who is 91 to the new Mapperley clinic today. Efficient service, friendly receptionist and wonderful clinician who adapted to her needs. Happy to recommend.

Amazing service, was able to take into account my preference of treatment. I had lost my hearing for 3 weeks. 1 quick appointment am I left with a smile on my face.

Would highly recommend Pride Hearing. Visited Cannock branch - Lexi was very friendly and professional and explained the procedure and was also able to show us on the screen. Only one ear needed wax removal and she also carried out a hearing test.

Couldn’t hear upon arriving and left hearing perfectly, absolutely brilliant. Huge thanks to Becky who was professional and friendly. She did an awesome job would highly recommend!

Phoned Pride Hearing to see if they could do wax removal for my mother who as perforated ear drums, staff were very polite and helpful. Was able to book next day appointment. Seen by Lexy at the Cannock clinic who was very calm patient and informative explaining the process, pictures were shown and taken before and after removal which was easy and pain free. Would highly recommend

Professionally run business, with friendly,knowledgeable staff.Equipment is state of art,and visuals from in the ear the clearest I have ever had.

I have just been treated by Suzanne at the new Mapperley practice. Suzanna was quite superb, professional and she explained everthing that she was doing. She used her micro-sucker on my right ear and cleared the goo out swiftly. I can now hear again perfectly!

This company might try hard to sort out any teething issues with ur aids- BUT ACTUALLY sorting any issue out they are COMPLETELY HOPELESS . The products they sell are NOT cheap but are crap anyways. Wether its Starkey or Signia . Not worth 4.00 pound no matter £ 4.000.00 i paid. Had issues ever since i got them. Money bck - YOU MUST BE JOKING. All you get is waffle and make sure it’s after 30 days. Then they font have to give you owt. To anyone thinking of hearing aids- STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!! Or just wave good bye to ur hard earned money.

Suzanne who removed my wax in both ears was so professional and experienced. She explained the process from start to finished and was very through. I would most defintely recommend this service and will most certainly use the service again.

We had an amazing visit to pride hearing in Cannock on Saturday and we arrived early and were very warmly greeted by Lexi who straight away made us feel at ease and explained exactly what would happen. It was my partner who had his ears done and Lexi went through everything and was very gentle and kind the whole time. It was fascinating to watch, we also could not fault the facilities at all, immaculately clean and tidy.
Lexi was fabulous and the state of the art technology was also great to see in action. We found the whole experience very enjoyable and interesting and would not hesitate in recommending anyone to use pride hearing.
We will definitely be back in the future - thank you Lexi and Lisa (for booking the appointment and ensuring reminders were sent etc)

Super efficient process from booking in for my earwax removal to the actual appointment with the private parking and allowing me to see inside my ear (Who doesn't want to see inside their own ears!) Lexy was fantastic, very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
