Can’t speak highly enough of the team at the surgery group. Consultation with Dr Ahmad Moussa was really helpful and helped me understand the process. The day of the transplant went smoothly and all the team was super friendly throughout. Had Jake as my wingman who checked in with me post procedure and answered any questions I had.

From the initial consultation to the follow up service after the procedure the level of professionalism and customer service was second to none. The recovery after the hair transplant as been great and I’m over the moon with the results

From start to finish, the service, support (Jack still checks on me today) is outstanding.

The medical team were considerate, caring and professional and you never felt a bother. The aftercare and constant follow-ups made sure you were on track and were always there if you needed to ask a question.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Having Jake as a 'buddy' was amazing as well, as you constantly had someone you could reach out to throughout the process. Really happy with the results. My experience with Surgery Group was 10/10. There was a lot of anxiety before I did this procedure about who to trust. My procedure at Highfield House went very smoothly. We started on time. Everyone involved in the procedure from the Dr, to the technician, to the receptionist, were very friendly, reassuring and professional and the after care given is 1st rate. I had an excellent experience at this hair transplant clinic from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. The consultation was thorough, all my questions were answered clearly, and I felt well informed before proceeding.

On the day of the procedure, the staff were attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well organised. Post-procedure care and aftercare advice were also clearly explained, which gave me great peace of mind.

Knew I was in very capable hands after the first consultation. The day of surgery everything was fantastic in all honesty, everyone was polite and very chatty, which obviously helps for the duration of time in the chair. On top of that the TV on the end of where the procedure takes place too is an added bonus. (Netflix, channel 4 etc cracking job not just your typical freeview channels)

Currently on day 15 post op, And the aftercare has been nothing short of phenomenal, always a message away, and very prompt with responses. Not only messaging with reply’s but also checking up to make sure I was okay, as well as how the transplant itself was looking and feeling.

I can recommend 1000% you are in very safe hands. From the very first phone call to going for my transplant every step of the way was communicated well and fully supported. I had two telephone consultations completely free of charge with a consultant who I felt did actually listen to me and gave me all of my options. He also did not try to push me into making a decision and wanted the best for me in a unique situation with eyebrow hair loss after having IVF treatment. I decided to go ahead and try the eyebrow hair transplant even though there could be no guarantee with possible alopecia being a factor.
I had two full eyebrow hair transplants and I could not be happier. I had no hair at all and already after only 4 months post transplant I have full eyebrow hair that is natural looking and shaped just as my eyebrows once were. The impact this has had on my life is huge, not only has it changed my appearance it's also had a massive impact on my confidence. I was put in touch with Hair Transplant Group Clinic and Dr Havutcu after buying my hair-loss meds through the Hair Repair Clinic website, and honestly the whole thing has been way smoother than I expected. From the first message everything was explained properly, no confusion, no salesy stuff, just clear info. One of the big reasons I went with them is that they were actually able to agree on a graft count upfront. I wanted around 4.5k grafts, which most UK clinics don’t commit to, but they had no issue with it. And that the hairline results coming from dr Havutcu were very natural and well done and the overall results were dense as well, The price for a UK procedure was also surprisingly good, and looking through other people’s results gave me a lot of confidence.

The procedure itself went really well, I was looked after the whole time, it was all done in a single day, and the healing so far has been completely smooth. No issues at all. I’ll post an update on the actual results once enough time has passed, but up to now I’ve been really happy with the experience.

I had an FUE procedure with The Surgery Group seven weeks ago, and although it is too early to comment on results, I can speak to the experience. Jake was consistently helpful from the first contact with clear information, no pressure, and quick responses. My virtual consultation with Dr Moussa was reassuring and straightforward, and he answered all my questions.

On the day, the team Amanda, Chloe, Stan and Aron were professional and made the process very comfortable. Pain was essentially zero, everything was clearly explained, and lunch was provided during the procedure. They also arranged my hotel, picked me up on the morning, and organised my drive home, which made the day easy.

They also accommodated me at very short notice due to my travel plans, which I really appreciated.

Aftercare has been excellent. Jake checked in regularly during the first week and continues to answer questions quickly. Overall the experience has been very positive and handled professionally from start to finish.

Just over 4 weeks in now and so far everything has been perfect, as far as I can tell the procedure went as well as possible, the experience on the day was great, I was well looked after on the day and the after care supper has been exceptional. Just looking forward to seeing the end product now!

I had a great experience with the surgery group with my recent transplant. Jake put me in touch with Dr Moussa and both were very helpful and informative from initial consultation to aftercare. The whole team are down to earth and explain everything well without being too “sales’y” which is reassuring in this industry. I was a little nervous on the day (having struggled with anxiety in the past) but everyone made me feel at ease and was a very relaxing day all in all. Would recommend and will maybe see again in a few years if needed.

The surgery group team has been very easy to communicate with from day 1, Jake has been answering all my questions and since the procedure he has been contacting me often making sure everything has gone to plan. Dr Moussa and his team were very nice and easy to talk to, I had Netflix to watch during the procedure which probably only lasted about 5 hours. It’s been 2 weeks since I had my transplant and my new hair blends in already, I’m now waiting for the shedding phase but look forward to my hair coming back even thicker.
