Thank you again sara....

We had an amazing visit to pride hearing in Cannock on Saturday and we arrived early and were very warmly greeted by Lexi who straight away made us feel at ease and explained exactly what would happen. It was my partner who had his ears done and Lexi went through everything and was very gentle and kind the whole time. It was fascinating to watch, we also could not fault the facilities at all, immaculately clean and tidy.
Lexi was fabulous and the state of the art technology was also great to see in action. We found the whole experience very enjoyable and interesting and would not hesitate in recommending anyone to use pride hearing.
We will definitely be back in the future - thank you Lexi and Lisa (for booking the appointment and ensuring reminders were sent etc)
Excellent service

Super efficient process from booking in for my earwax removal to the actual appointment with the private parking and allowing me to see inside my ear (Who doesn't want to see inside their own ears!) Lexy was fantastic, very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I was able to get a quick appointment and was initially treated by Becky who was able to clear my one ear but advised I came back after using ear drops to soften the wax in my other ear. Susan treated me on my second visit and cleared my other ear. Both ears were painlessly cleared very efficiently by Becky and Susan. Thank you for your gentle and care and attention.

Couldn’t recommend this enough! Both the receptionist and specialist that saw me were very friendly and welcoming, Lexy was brilliant and talked me through what was happening and was very quick and efficient . All my wax is gone and I can hear !

Sara was brilliant.
She was really kind and explained lots to my grandma, making her feel really comfortable despite being initially nervous about the appointment.
She also gave really good advice about her hearing aids and explained this much better than has been done previously elsewhere which my grandma didn't really understand.
Very patient and great customer care.

Was very impressed with Pride Hearing, it was very easy to make an appointment and everything was perfect They were very professional and friendly and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thankyou especially the audiologist that carried out the procedure

I had an ear wax removal appointment using the micro suction method with Sara she was brilliant very knowledgeable & my ears felt so good afterwards. I would highly recommend using Pride Hearing at Derby.

Easy and quick appointment booking, great welcome, and a thorough service.

I was fed up of being charged silly prices and the cheaper ones where bulky and consistently falling out. I have had a great service from this company. All the aids are fitted and tuned to your particular hearing loss. I don't know im wearing them. Thank you Derek for your help.

Excellent service from hearing test to the fitting of hearing aids. There is plenty of after care from this company cannot fault them. Definitely recommend.

Pride Hearing were able to see me at short notice. Very efficient in booking me an appointment with Lexy Bond who was very pleasant, professional and took her time thoroughly to solve my blocked ears.

Great service…and I can hear again!

My partner had been suffering with his hearing so we booked an appointment with Lexy. First time wax removal for him. She was lovely, so so friendly and put him at ease. Even managed to get us in earlier than scheduled. Ears are now clear and great! Thankyou Lexy!
