Great Job Jerry

Jerry provided the necessary information for me to resolve the issue of not receiving my gift card to the email address I provided to the third party vendor. Jerry verified my email address and resent the email. Perfect customer service was provided as well as active listening on his end.

Excellent Customer Service

Habiba offered to Swap gift cards for me since the Hulu hc system was not working and she quickly gave this resolution.

The truth of all these places they are a scam my gift card has no balance that I bought they just don't try to fix the problem so I will up to you if you want a legitimate company this isn't all these reviews are paid for they actually are a trash scam

Dianne made my day

Dianne made my day. I was stressing over what I thought was a lost 200.00 gift card. She was direct, prompt and effective. I must say was not happy with my initial interaction with a previous rep on the same case.

Thank you Prezzee! For helping me get back into my account from having an outdated phone number. Thoncy was the agent that helped me via chat & he was nice, swift and on point when I received his help. It was brief, & I was a bit worried/stressed right before I got connected. But I felt in good hands right when we started chatting. It was important for me to get back into my account because I was accessing a gift card that my mother sent me as a Valentine’s Day gift. I am in Pennsylvania & it is about 6:30 in the evening where I am & I just wanna say another BIG thank you for whatever time zone the live agents are in that someone was available to talk to me and help me solve my issue, that actually means a lot! So overall my experience with the live chat was very nice! Look forward to receiving more Gift cards through Prezzee!

Listening to the customer with a smile

Call to activate my Walmart gift card.I do not have wify on my phone that's my service agent was nice enough to walk and do executive.My phone and assist in me. my phone even though I was having trouble with logging in these pop-ups kept popping up through my service and I would lose out of the count, she stayed on phone with me as I sent in to my Walmart gift card, she also went out her way to explain to me and set it up, I can go. To Sam's Club and use my card as well.She was smart patient, and she listened to my concern about purchasing.This is walmart from Afterpay!! We had to restart my account a couple of times\n Thank you password to open my gift of through Walmart savings gift card number. I believe her name was.Manara

Once I was able to connect with a human…

Once I was able to connect with a human agent, I was able to swap my TJ Maxx gift card with a Walmart gift card with no issues! With the AI agent it was harder to process exactly what I wanted to do! I was having difficulties and wanted a refund until I ended up speaking with the human agent which made the process the faster and more easier. Super excited that I was able to resolve my issues.

Puchased a gift card

Puchased a gift card. Was unable to use it in a transaction because it is a 3rd party card and not a real gift card. Customer service was no help.
